Daisy's pov The car had not moved since I first noticed it. Dark windows, engine off, parked at just the right angle to have a clear view of Aiden's gate without being obvious about it. I stood at the end of the driveway and looked at it for a few seconds longer than was probably wise, then looked back down at my phone like I had not noticed anything at all. My cab was one minute away. I kept my face neutral and very calm. Whatever was in that car, I was not going to give them the satisfaction of knowing they had rattled me.
