Evelyn’s POV
A gasp escaped me as soon as I saw that huge gray wolf.
“Eason!”
I recognized him immediately. It was my brother, Eason, leaping in to save me from Holly’s gun.
But how did he find me here? And how did he even know I was back?
Holly scrambled up with a pale face and tried to raise her gun at us again. But as Eason turned his massive head toward her, she lost her nerve, her hand shaking so badly she almost dropped the weapon.
“Gamma Eason, how dare you! I’m your Luna!” she screamed, her voice shrill with fear.
Grey wolf bared its teeth in a low growl, his voice rumbling, “And Evelyn is my sister.”
“She’s the one who ordered her soldiers to hurt Alpha Sid! She’s a traitor!” Holly shouted back.
“Lies!” I retorted, fury tightening my throat. “You framed me!”
