A Year Later...
“WOW! MICK has really outdone himself this time.” Clarissa settled down at the table that took an entire week to get reservations for! Mick, her newly acquired brother-in-law, had just opened up his own restaurant and by far it was the most popular place to eat in town!
“You never compliment me when I do something great.” Nicholas stated as the waiter came over and poured some bubbly water in their glasses and handed them the menus.
Clarissa looked across the table to the man she could hardly get enough of. Though they had been married for a year, being around him was always a new experience for her....like at that moment, he was sulking again. “Honey, you pout more than even a lipstick model at a photo shoot. I always compliment you, you just don't listen.”
