It's been a week since that day. I can't believe no one has found her. It's like earth swallowed her. I wish this was a nightmare. One that I will wake up and have her in my arms.
"No sign of her. I should've protected her more. I failed her. The one person that I truly love got away because of me." I cried in my mother's arms.
"It wasn't your fault. I know she will appear. We just have to have faith. Let's just hope for the best." She wiped my tears.
