Martin's POV “It’s over,” I said to Mirabella. I stayed back when Marcus took Luke away. He already knows the plan. I don't know how to start the conversation. I feel guilty for not believing her and I feel relieved that I caught Luke before he did anything stupid. Mirabella didn't say anything. Her lips quivered, but no word came out. I hated that look in her eyes. It looked like fear and maybe disappointment. I knew I had disappointed her, I almost failed her.
