Chapter 19Cove
A small ship flew from the surface of the Earth. Cove bounced on the toes of his feet in anticipation. The gold and black rocket landed. Cove didn’t wait for the fire of the rocket to settle before sprinting outside.
“You’re here!” Cove exclaimed, embracing his parents.
The warm hands of his father wrapped around his body. Cove breathed, feeling safe. His parents inspected him for wounds.
“I can’t wait to meet Tesni. She is going to be hurled out of one of these windows,” Cove’s mother muttered, frowning at the crowd.
“I dream of doing the same. Come on. Mika has prepared outfits for both of you. The coronation is soon,” Kalani demanded, dragging both his parents into the palace.
