Elle's POV
"Hey, lovebirds!" Kento said when he finally reached us, a huge grin plastered on his face.
"What are you doing here?" Navid asked instead, his eyes filled with wonder.
I had the same question. What was Kento doing here?
We did not talk about this. I did not ask him to be here. This was not part of our plan!
Kento settled his gaze on me, then grinned. His eyes were full of mischievousness, letting me know that he was up to something. I just didn't know if it was something good or if it was the other way around.
Hopefully, it was the latter.
A growl from Navid made us turn our attention to him. But Navid was only looking at Kento. Something in his eyes told me that he didn't approve of Kento's sudden appearance.
But why? Shouldn't he be happy? He doesn't want to be alone
