Kira’s POV
The ringing of my alarm jerked me out of sleep. Groaning softly, I pushed myself off my bed and inhaled softly. I slowly got up from the bed, knelt at the edge of it, and said a few prayers.
After which, I got up on my knees, and just when I was about to make it to the bathroom, I felt a strange sensation in me. Felt like a cold shiver passed down my spine.
I frowned as I wondered why I was feeling this way, but my wolf answered.
“Tonight is the full moon, Kira,” my wolf whispered, reminding me.
A gasp left my lips, and I had to sit back on the bed while I nervously twisted my fingers. Tonight was the full moon… at exactly 7 p.m.
