“What do you mean he wants Adora to fight the vampires off on her own?” I asked, looking around and getting exasperated at how it seemed as though I was the only person who cared enough to think of it as absurd.
“She was given a list of punishments to pick from, and that’s what she chose,” one of the other soldiers said with a shrug.
“Why would she choose something like that? How is it even an option for her to choose? That is completely absurd, and I’m shocked that you all allowed it happen,” I said, wondering what the other options were for her to pick going out there to fight with the vampires.
