Alpha Ryan's POV.
“I don't think this is getting anywhere,” Taylor commented as we were exiting another council meeting.
None of the Alpha's had any new information to give especially, stating that the rouge attacks had suddenly stopped, and they had no rouges to question.
Even more, they seemed content with that.
Their major concern was the security of their packs anyway and since there were no more attacks they did not feel bothered anymore.
“Your Beta is right you know, you should take this as a sign,” Alpha Jackson popped out of nowhere, giving me a slight smirk, before striding past us.
He was slowly becoming a thorn in my side.
I had thought he would be more submissive after the last fiasco, but if anything, he seemed to become even more prideful and self-absorbed.
