The Beginning 시작

이뤄지지 않는 꿈속에서 피울 수 없는 꽃을 키웠어 I grew a flower that couldn't bloom in a dream that couldn't come true. 어둠 속의 저 빛을 따라왔어 I followed that light in the dark. 가는 선 너머의 날 부르는 너 You are calling me beyond the thin line In the beginning, it's always unfortunate . Moreover, a spotlight that has you ambitious twinkles but also keeps you all-time an undead twig. The world always has someone to embrace, but in my doomed life it was always half me.  But I would not keep her out, since she was the one to take me in after what happened to my family. I wondered why she did it, though the reason was exquisite. me. I don’t know it myself. I am a monochromat and so was my mother. They say my family died in an earthquake, but it’s unintentionally hard for me to believe because I was too young at that time. What the world normally is for others is Mars for me, as I can only choose different shades of grey: White, Snowy White, Light Grey, Silver Grey, Moonlit Grey, Cement Grey, Dolphin Grey, Shark Grey, Charcoal Grey and Black.  Though Jisoo once told me that she likes the blue color, I sense that maybe it’s a good one as the name sounds warm.   My name is Lee-Hayoon and I am a 19-year-old high schooler. I live with my foster child. She’s an adult. I call her by her name Ji-Soo. She is 30. I really love her as she took me in and loved me. We live in a small town, so there are not many families. Actually, it’s just a small community.  There’s a thick black forest at the back. It sounds creepy at night as there are unusual sounds at midnight. People say there are spirits living there. Whenever there is a quarrel between them, it sounds like midnight. My story starts just after the day I graduated . The day was sunny. I asked Jisoo if I wanted to have ramen for noodles. She agreed with me . I rushed to the nearby department store and took them. On my way back home, I sensed that all the people were in the same direction as me. I just looked at them but thought, why this? They were going in the same direction as I was. The more I got closer to my home, the horde increased . All the people stood there with their necks trying their best to fit themselves in the scenario that had taken place inside .  I pushed my way through them to make way for myself through the crowded street. As I entered, there were blood droplets all over the floor .
