As soon as we got a bit far from the room where Ember was, Lana immediately cleared her throat and drew my attention away from Ember back to her.
I stopped and turned to face her. I must have been so lost in thoughts that I didn't notice when she stopped walking.
"What is it, Lana?" I asked, staring at her with shaky eyes.
