Sebastian POV
My eyes were weary and heavy as I laid down on the bed, trying to recall where I was and what happened.
The sound of someone crying broke into my thoughts and my head banged. I tried to force myself to open my eyes as I could sense that it was Ember crying but I couldn't.
My heart was burning from the black magic in me and I could feel that it was more than I can handle.
The sound of someone sobbing again distracted me and I opened my eyes. She was there, next to me, her head bent as she sobbed into her hands.
I smiled and lifted my hands up to her hair.
"Hey, why are you crying?" I asked and she immediately lifted her head up in surprise.
I smiled at her, trying to calm her down but she sobbed again as she stared at me. It made me wonder how long I've been unconsciou
