Chapter Nineteen Post on my f*******: wall: Everyone who was part of Change Square knows the exact moment they smiled for the last time. For many, it was the morning of 18 March 2011. The Friday of Dignity. The m******e at dawn on 12 March was minor, a rehearsal compared to this. March 18 was tragically huge. Beyond belief. In the hours before dawn, military snipers covertly stationed themselves on the roofs of all buildings around the square. Their objective: clear the square, and wipe out any protesters who wouldn’t leave. The result: dozens of dead, and hundreds of injured, all in just hours. Rivers of blood.
