"Do not come close!" Jeffrey panicked, making the woman immediately freeze in place.
"Why?" asked the woman surprised.
"There are rats here. You're afraid of rats, right?"
"Where?"
"This, d-under the table," said Jeffrey nervously mixed with wanting to laugh. After this, Amanda must be furious because she likens her to a rat.
"Huh? Incredibly, there are rats in your room."
"Anyway, you just go home. I want to clean the room first," said Jeffrey
Without much argument, the woman immediately left Jeffrey's room. After the door was closed again, Jeffrey then ordered Amanda to come out of her hiding place.
Jeffrey's guess was right, Amanda attacked him again with a barrage of punches. The woman looked at Jeffrey with annoyance. His face seemed to invite to continue the fight.
"Enough, Nda. Enough. I want to eat," said Jeffrey. If this continued, then his body could be crushed all.
"Women as beautiful as this, you equate them with mice? You are evil, Jeff..." Amanda said, full of drama.
"There's no need for a lot of drama. That was an emergency situation," said Jeffrey. Making Amanda immediately pursed her lips in annoyance, with her arms folded across her chest.
Jeffrey returned to continue his meal which had been delayed, while Amanda was still in rage mode. The woman was even reluctant to look at Jeffrey, or the food that was lined up in front of her. Making Jeffrey can only shake his head.
Not long after, Amanda suddenly pointed her hand at Jeffrey. Jeffrey frowned in confusion.
"Why?" he asked.
"Your rat wants a drink."
Suddenly, Jeffrey's laughter exploded. The man put his food on the table, then rubbed his watery eyes. Meanwhile, Amanda just snorted in annoyance, seeing Jeffrey who wouldn't stop laughing at her.
"Gosh! Why are you so cute," said Jeffrey, pinching Amanda's cheek. Amanda's cheeks flushed instantly.
Was the man unconscious? If this treatment could make Amanda's heart unhealthy.
"Ehm.." Amanda cleared her throat, trying to break the awkward atmosphere between them.
"I'll go home first, okay? There's still a lot of work at home that I haven't cleaned up yet."
Without waiting for Jeffrey's answer, Amanda immediately ran outside. Could be bad, if he continues to be beside Jeffrey. The man is very good at making himself uncomfortable.
Amanda walked quickly to the main road to find public transportation. Because now is the time to go home from work, so many employees are waiting for public transportation as well. Not wanting to jostle, Amanda chose to order a motorcycle taxi online. But before he opened the cellphone, Arumi's scream sounded first.
"Amanda!" Arumi shouted from inside the car.
Amanda turned her head and saw Arumi waving at her. Urging him to come closer.
Amanda jogged to Arumi's car. Then without further ado, Arumi immediately told Amanda to get into her car.
Arumi drove his car casually, while listening to music from his favorite singer, Zayn Malik.
"Huh..." Amanda breathed a sigh of relief as she rubbed her chest. Meanwhile, Arumi only watched Amanda's sweaty face and slightly flushed cheeks.
"What are you doing, Miss?" Arumi asked, making Amanda look at him confused.
"Huh? Why is that?"
"Really sweaty. Like just being chased by the devil," said Arumi,
"I'm just tired. I've been waiting for public transportation, nothing is loose."
"At this time, it's time for people to go home from work. That's why public transportation is full."
Amanda nodded, "I wanted pepenny ojek online, but it turns out to meet you. Thankfully, I got a free ride," he said with a chuckle, making Arumi laugh too.
"If I take a car every day, I will ride it, Nda. The problem is, my car sometimes likes to be used by Abang. So, I also often take public transportation."
"Where was the assignment?" she asked.
"There is a new product exhibition at the city park," Arumi answered, to which Amanda only nodded.
"Oh, yes. Mbak Sari said earlier, my love, the President is coming to the office, isn't he?" Arumi asked, making Amanda a little surprised.
"I just don't know which person it is," Amanda lied, while turning her face to the side.
"Oh my god. It's been almost two weeks as an employee of FW Company, and you still don't know who the president is? Gosh Nda, you are so bad!" excited Arumi. Amanda couldn't help but laugh. Don't know yet, if he just spent time with Jeffrey in his room.
"The person never showed up. The press conference didn't come either," Amanda replied casually.
"Yes, lately the President has rarely appeared. I also just read in the fanbase group, it was said that the President's child was being treated at the hospital," Arumi said, making Amanda immediately gape in disbelief.
Is Jeffrey that popular? To have a fanbase community? Gosh, Amanda couldn't stop thinking about their thoughts. Isn't it better to idolize an artist who has works? What a headache, Amanda thought about it.
"Why do you like him? How handsome is he? Isn't it better to idolize Korean artists? There are also many of them who are handsome and accomplished."
"He is even more handsome than the Korean artist," Arumi replied, with a thin smile. Making Amanda just shake her head. But it's true, what Arumi said.
Amanda is increasingly convinced that Arumi knows her closeness to Jeffrey. Amanda would definitely die at the hands of that woman.
"What are you discussing in the fanbase group?" asked Amanda who was very curious.
"Emm.." Arumi thought for a while, remembering what they talked about in the fanbase group.
"Many. Whenever there is news about the President, we always discuss it in the group," he said later.
"Including the President's wife and children?" Amanda asked fishingly, even though she already knew that Jeffrey's wife was dead.
"Yes. But only the child, because his wife has died."
"Ooh. So the story goes, you guys are crazy about widowers?"
"Yes. Because widowers are more tempting," Arumi replied, winking coquettishly. This made Amanda burst out laughing.
After a moment of silence. For some reason, a ridiculous question suddenly came out of Amanda's mouth.
"If for example the President is close to another girl, what are you going to do?" Amanda asked, making Arumi turn his head quickly.
"Emm.. chop off his head maybe."
Suddenly, Amanda immediately opened her eyes wide. Really, Jeffrey's fans are more sadistic than K-pop idol fans.
"W-whose head?" she asked nervously.
"It's a girl's head! How could it be, I beheaded my honey bunny sweaty."
"Oh my God.. please save my head," Amanda said to herself. Even though her closeness to Jeffrey was only limited to friends, Amanda was still worried about the fate of her life which could end up in the hands of Jeffrey's fans. Not funny, if he had to die silly in their hands.
"Gosh! I really didn't expect it, it turns out my friend is a psychopath," Amanda muttered, making Arumi burst out laughing.
"Oh my gosh, Nda. How can you believe that? How dare I kill people. As much as I like the President, there's no way I can act that crazy. I'm just a fan! Not a worshiper who is willing to languish in hell," Arumi spat, making Amanda breathe a sigh of relief. At least Arumi won't mess up if he finds out about Amanda and Jeffrey's closeness.

It's been almost half an hour, Gavin was crying in Jeffrey's arms. Neither his grandmother nor his father could calm Gavin down. I don't know what the toddler wants, maybe because he can't speak yet, so he can only cry and whine.
Amanda also has not seen her nose. Even though it was almost seven in the evening. Jeffrey peeked into Amanda's father's room, but he could not find the woman.
Unfortunately, Jeffrey doesn't have Amanda's cellphone number.
"Ma, how is this? Jeff is dizzy," said Jeffrey complaining. While his mother could only look at him with pity. What else can we do? If he took over Gavin, the toddler would cry even more and thrash about.
They also called Doctors and Nurses, but there was no change. Gavin kept crying, and didn't want to lie down in his bed.
They have also done various ways to calm Gavin. But sadly, nothing worked.
"Just take another look at Amanda's father's room. Who knows, he's already here," Saskia ordered, while trying to take over Gavin who kept on thrashing.
But suddenly the bedroom door opened, and a figure appearedk the woman who had been waiting for his presence. Without further ado, Saskia immediately handed Gavin into Amanda's arms.
Like a chick finding its mother, the one-year-old toddler immediately fell silent when Amanda cuddled and hugged her warmly.
Unknowingly, Saskia's tears fell. When his family is having a hard time, God kindly sends a beautiful angel who can comfort his only grandson.

Amanda looked at Gavin with a deep gaze. Seeing the toddler sleeping soundly on his bed made Amanda remember the little angel she missed so much.
Amanda sobbed while stroking Gavin's cheek. I don't know what's on that woman's mind, to make her look so fragile.
Saskia rubbed Amanda's shaking back. He didn't know what problem this woman was facing. It's impossible for Amanda to cry just because she saw Gavin sleeping.
After her crying subsided, Amanda said goodbye to return to her father's room. Jeffrey didn't hold back either, because Amanda definitely needed some time to herself.
Jeffrey followed his mother who was sitting on the sofa. Then he lay down, with his head resting on his mother's lap.
"Amanda is there any problem?" asked Saskia, while stroking her beloved son's hair.
Jeffrey closed his eyes, feeling his mother's gentle caress on his head. "Jeff doesn't know, Ma. The feeling earlier at the office is still fine," he replied.
"Amanda accompany you to the office?" asked Saskia.
"No. Amanda works in Jeff's office," Jeffrey replied, making Saskia a little surprised.
"How come? You put him in there?"
"No. Amanda worked there before she met Jeff."
"Ooh... I see. What position do you work in?"
"Public relations."
"Don't you need another secretary? Just make Amanda your secretary."
Jeffrey does need one more Secretary. The amount of work in the office made Jeffrey and Ken Arya quite overwhelmed. Because of that, he rarely saw his son.
"It's not that easy, Ma! Amanda is a new employee. If I suddenly make her Secretary, everyone will get suspicious."
Saskia nodded in understanding. If her husband was still alive, maybe Jeffrey's job would not be as hard. He felt guilty for his son. In the past, before Jeffrey replaced his father's position as president, the man had dreamed of becoming a pilot.
But expectations did not match reality, his father died when Jeffrey was still in high school. Therefore, Jeffrey had to bury his dream deeply, and return to continue his education according to his grandfather's directions.
Yes. Jeffrey is indeed the grandson of the owner of the large Food World Company. As a potential heir to the throne of the Food World Company, of course Jeffrey was prepared by his grandfather to become a businessman. Therefore, his grandfather strongly opposed Jeffrey's dream of becoming a pilot.
