It killed me to watch her slowly drift into darkness while I could do nothing for her. I had to place my faith in Amelia to save my mate, and Selene and Erebus to save my sons. Being stuck here in another realm while my mate was suffering tore apart my heart, but at least Selene and Erebus had made it possible for me to talk to her in her time of need. Watching her at a distance the last few months has been agony as she slowly sunk further into a depression she almost couldn't come out of.
