Noise, dispersed across more variables, diminished in visibility. Individual fluctuations blended into aggregates. Deviations lost prominence as reference frames multiplied.

The model classified this as mitigation.

New thresholds accompanied the indicators. Each threshold aligned with revised baselines, calibrated to historical distributions that now included the noise by default.

Compliance increased.

Reporting cycles lengthened. Analysis focused on trends across indicator families rather than specific signals. Outliers, when they appeared, lacked persistence across metrics.
