Varak did because he sat in the front seat of the minivan. And he was in total shock, he looked like he had an encounter with a ghost.
Venice: that sounded like a gunshot!we have to go in! Varak! Varak! Vaaaaaaarak!
Varak: yeah yeah uh yeah(he didn't know what was happening or what he was doing)
They rushed out of the van and ran into the building. When they got in, Banner was laying down,his right hand on his left shoulder. The bullet from the gun shot earlier was for him, Poseidon shot him. Garrett was holding his abdomen, he was stabbed by one of Poseidon's guys.
Venice: holy f**k! ? Varak call a f*****g ambulance!
Varak: ... ??
Banner: help... please help...
Venice: don't worry man... it would be here in 5minutes. Detective man, you keep pressure on that wound.
Garrett: I can't feel my legs...
Venice: Varak how long till they get here?!
Varak: how the f**k am I supposed to know!
The ambulance came 3minutes later, and they were taken to the hospital. They spent 3 days in the hospital, while they were there, Varak was at home pondering and contemplating on what he saw, "did his eyes deceive him?" "he must have assumed wrong".But deep down he knew he was right.While he was sitting by the side of the bed, his wife Clarissa snuggled up to him from behind, he placed a hand on her forearm.
Clarissa: what's wrong honey?
Varak: nothing baby... nothing.
Clarissa: well it doesn't seem like nothing...
Varak: Clarissa trust me, it's nothing.
Clarissa: you've been acting weird and strange recently Varak.
Varak: (removing her arms from around his neck, and turning around to look at her)acting wei_what do you mean acting weird?
Clarissa: well for starters, you don't even act like I exist, you don't kiss me, you don't touch me, hell I don't even remember the last we had s*x! and when I try to talk to you about it, you get all defensive!
Varak: oh, so that's it, you wanna fuck...
Clarissa:( making an irritated face) oh don't be crass and barbaric, it's beneath you... I think.
Varak:(making a forced chuckle, he was getting pissed)look can we not do this tonight, I just wanna fall asleep okay.(he laid on the bed)
Clarissa: is this because of her?
Varak: Who?
Clarissa: the lady I saw you speaking with on your birthday.
Varak: what... lady?
Clarissa; mm mm don't play dumb with me Varak.I know what I saw. You and some b***h in a black and yellow dress that evening! are you f*****g her?! how could you stoop so low to be with a woman of that calibre, a petty w***e!
Varak: (grabs her by the arm, eyes widened)hey! watch your f*****g mouth!
Clarissa: oh, so you are f*****g her...
Varak: I've had enough of this. (he started heading for the bedroom door)
Clarissa: that's right, leave, like you always do! you f*****g coward!
He slams the door with anger, and went to the living room and back to his thought. He crossed some T's and dotted some I's. He was ready to catch Beaux's killer, that bastard!
MONDAY 8:31AM
Varak calls Banner.
Banner: Yeah
Varak: I know who he is man, I know... who killed Beaux ?
Banner: wait you saw him?!
Varak: yeah that night...
Banner: why didn't you say anything all this while!
Varak: I couldn't man, I just couldn't believe it.
Banner: well who is it?
Varak tells him over the phone
Banner: ??holy f**k! Oh my God, this is f*****g diabolical, right in our faces all this while.
Varak: ?what do we do man?
Banner: we find that bastard. We head to his house.
Banner hung up reached out to Venice and Garrett .
