Dad escorted me into the hospital. Dr. Sanders wants to remove my cast and get an x-ray to see if my bones are healing right. I’m still going to need another cast regardless, but in a small sense, I’ll be glad to get this one off even for a little while. I got checked in and had to sit in the waiting area for a while.
I was finally taken back to have my cast removed to prepare for my x-ray. They are going to get one of my left wrist, but I haven’t had to wear my splint for a little while now. I guess they just want to be cautious. I immediately wanted to itch my leg once the cast was removed but I resisted.
