As soon as the door opens she is instantly bombarded with questions by her roommate Alex.  

“So how was it? Did you get along with people? Are there any cute boys?” 

“Alex it was horrible, no and no.” She attempts to say it in a way so that Alex can see she doesn’t want to talk about it. However, unluckily for Logan, Alex is not at all perceptive and continues to pester her. “Okay no need to get upset, let’s start with why was it so bad.” 

“Well I took too long getting ready so in my hurry to get to work I took the left turn too soon. There was a very kind and very handsome man trying to help me but I didn’t notice him until I ran into him. After that he wasn’t so kind I apologized and even offered my hand to help him up but he brushed by hand aside and yelled at me.” 

“Okay, but why should he ruin your whole day.” 

“Just wait, then I get to the office and my boss is late so I sit at my desk waiting. When my boss shows up it’s the guy I ran into on my way to work. He talked about firing me, but also complimented my dedication to my work. As you can assume I am quite confused right now.” 

“I don’t see what there is to be confused about. I mean he’s young, handsome, and filthy rich. Girl you need to get him while he is still single.” 

“No absolutely not, I have told you before I am not interested in romance, least of all an office romance I don’t want to get fired. Besides not him he is a condescending a**!” 

“Okay, then why didn’t you get along with people?” 

“I didn’t meet anyone but the receptionist and Mr. Marcam. There is a meeting tomorrow to introduce me to everybody else.” 

“Okay, make sure you tell me if there are any cute boys. Girl, you have been single for too long and I intend to fix that.” Alex then leaves to her room to begin plotting the downfall of Logan’s single ways. Logan shouts after her “I like being single!” but her opinion not longer has any weight in the argument. Alex is going to try to set her up no matter how Logan feels about that. Logan fell asleep on the couch watching a movie trying desperately trying to not think about Alex’s schemes of romance.
