“Have you told her yet?” Hunter asks me once we’re in his office. I pace in front of his desk and run my hands down my face.
“Nah man, I barely know her and she’s human, this is a lot to take in.” I say as I sink into one of the chairs in front of his desk.
“Hm, maybe you just need to take things slow.” He sits in his office chair and rubs his hand over his short beard.
“Like take her out on a date?” I ask with a raised brow.
“Yeah, I mean she’s not like wolves where we just jump each other's bones. You gotta take it slow, like how humans date.” He’s right, I just need to take things slow and ease her into the idea.
“Yeah, you’re right, thanks man.” I move to stand, but he holds out his hand.
