“I wish I could spend all day with you, but I have some Alpha things I need to discuss with my father.” Hunter said to me as we made it back up to the Alpha floor.
“That’s fine, honey.” I smile up at him, his green eyes flash with hunger.
“I like when you call me that.” He leans down to give me a kiss, but we’re once again interrupted. We pull apart as someone clears their throat. I look up to see Hunter’s mom standing in the doorway of one of the many rooms.
“May I borrow my daughter in law?” She asks with a warm smile that reminds me of Hunter. She’s like an older, female version of him, but her eyes are a deep brown unlike his green ones. Her hair is long and a deep chestnut color with some gray peppered through the strands.
