I wasn’t very fond of my father Hades, and I could tell he wasn’t fond of me either. I mean--- I’m only 13 so i guess it’s just a phase…. No… it’s much more than that, he’s infuriating! Each night he made sure to make me miserable, tonight it was family night but Hades could barely call us a family after mum died… As always, i refused to play any board games.

“Why waste my time playing these stupid board games. Tch. I have an appointment with a client but before that-” I put my feet on the table to piss Hades off, I smirked.

“Zizi, don’t make dad mad you know what happens-” My sister Cherri softly pushed my feet down. A pair of blue fire hands slammed on the table.

At this point we knew whose hands those were, I pushed my brother zuzu into his bedroom, Izuku was too young to know what happened. I gently put on his headphones and turned on some music. I shushed zuzu and closed the door behind me.

“YOU KNOW GOD DAMN WELL WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU PISS ME OFF!!” Hades roared as loud as he could. He pushed Cherri and me into the basement with the hellhounds.

I scoffed and pet Lyra, Lizz and Lissa. The hellhounds were my dogs, so why should I be scared of my own dog(s)? 

I smiled softly and Hades became even more bitter, he sent my dogs out to guard the door.

Lyra, Lizz, and Lissa whined because they knew what Hades was gonna do at the time, Lyra just hoped that he didn’t go too far and kill me. They guarded the door from zuzu.

Hades had tortured us like we were his souls that couldn't feel anything. Cherri had passed out, I laid there motionless, Hades had struck me the last time. I was covered in burns, cuts, bruises, my leg, back and spine had snapped in half… I blacked out….

“ZIZI!!!” the Cerberus (lyra,lizz,lissa) had separated and Lyra picked me up softly

“CHERRI PIE!!” Lizz picked up Cherri and started to heal her, Lyra did the same.

“Don’t touch my baby girls.” Lissa said so coldly and decapitated Hades, taking it as a trophy and hiding it in her cupboard.

“Zizi..?” Izuku had just woken up from naptime and was looking for lyra.

“Over here zuzu..” She motioned Izuku to come to her

Izuku came to Lyra and crawled onto her back, Lyra was a shadow wolf and was capable of many things but couldn’t hurt her masters. She loved them too much.

Lyra smiled, “Hush little zuzu don’t say a word, Lissa’s gonna catch you a mockingbird and if that Mockingbird won’t sing Lizz is gonna rip someone's gold necklace and if that necklace turns brass you get to play with some broken glass”

Izuku fell asleep by the second line of the song, Lyra smiled softly and put him in his bed.

Worried, Lyra walked back to me and curled up to me. That night it happened again… My nightmares came back, I screamed at the top of my lungs .

I hated my nightmares, especially if it was about my mother dying... My first mom was my biological mom Persephone, she was so beautiful. Persephone was the flower goddess and Hades was the God of death. Back then he was a huge softie, but when mom died he turned bitter... He hated me… I was the first born of Persephone, so dad thought it was my fault that she died the way she did. I tried reassuring him that mom would resurrect. BUT NOOOO! He just decides to treat me like I'm his Prisoner. My second mom looks a lot like Persephone, i guess that’s because she’s her sister. But stepmom is a nymph. Humph. I miss mom...

I guess you could say I woke up Izuku at the wrong time, I was crying. Which was unusual for him to see ME crying. Especially since he’s not my sibling by blood, I still love him very much.

“Zizi..?” Izuku cuddles up to me.

Oh no…”Hey zuzu.. I’m ok. I promise” I hold zuzu close and he smiles.

“Zizi mind..I sing..s-song?” Izu looks up at me with big pleading eyes.

Defeated by adorableness, I nod. Izu was about three years old and was born mute. He could only say a few words which broke my heart.

“Twinkle..in… sky… Hades..” Izuku started to say more words, “ twinkle twinkle in the sky… Hades got burned and died.. Persephone is right in here” points to my heart “Twinkle twinkle little star everybody got hit by a car”

As dark as the song was, it sent me to sleep and I didn't have any nightmares this time… Thank...you zuzu..

Persephone walked through the front door and shushed Lyra then laid in bed with me.

I whined because my head hurt, all the dark memories I had made with Hades were fading away. How?

I was shaking just a bit before I woke up in my room with blooming roses, lavender, Dutch hydrangea.

I sighed in pure happiness, mom was home… and i knew it. Only mom knew my favorite flowers. I put on my blue and purple dress, braided Dutch hydrangea and lavender into my hair.

I curled my hair just by the twirl of my finger and some roses were imprinted on my dress. I dance around gracefully.

Lyra comes in wearing a gold and silver dress and she is humming, “ morning master!”

I chuckled softly,” good morning lyra, you look very pretty”

Lissa came in slowly, pouting. She was a tomboy so she didn’t wear dresses. But she had this beautiful sunset-ish dress

“I hate dresses” Lissa slightly smiled because she secretly loved it.

Lizz shyly walked in because no one had ever seen her in a dress but it was pretty like an ocean blue color. She had shells braided into her hair also She was also a huge beach fan, “M-Morning..”

“aww so pretty!” i exclaimed, Lizz was also kind of the baby in the family.

“ Girls! Come downstairs” Persephone’s voice was so sweet and gentle to us. Nothing compared to Hades..

I smiled and walked downstairs to see the house was beautifully decorated.

“Izumi it is five days until your birthday”

(it actually is five days until my birthday UwU by the way sorry this is not as well but im making an episode continuing the past until my birthday)
