Dylan stared at his phone screen that rang out again, and he saw Rosie was the one calling him.
He picked up Rosie’s call, and she asked him, "Hi babe, I'm calling to know if you have gotten home safely?"
"Yes, I have, Rosie. Thank you," Dylan replied as he sighed heavily.
Rosie noticed that Dylan sounded somewhat bored, tired, and unhappy, and she nervously asked him, "What's the matter, Dy?"
Rosie feared that Dylan had gotten to know the truth about her plot against him, and he responded, "Nothing, Rosie, I'm fine. Only that, as I came back home now, Jessica's elder brother was here, and he was fighting with me. Next, Jessica is in the hospital, but she's fine now."
Dylan didn't want to tell Rosie yet about Jessica being pregnant for him too.
