The Visit

"Aren't you going to welcome me inside"

lucifer said jolting me back to reality.

Hesitatingly i welcomed the King of hell into my apartment "How did he find me? " no that's not the right question i thought to myself , it should be" why is he here?"

Lucifer said in unison with my thoughts

"Well" he said while taking a look at my apartment,"well?" i said expecting an answer from the King of hell

"Your place is beautiful." the devil stated while taking his jacket off"I like your decor, and if i'm being honest, I also kind of love this place. it feels warm and... homey." Lucifer finished off, while smiling

my eyes widened in shock "Why are you here then?" I asked again confused

"Because you invited me here."

I shook my head in disbelief

"Okay, first of all, don't do that. Second, i didn't invite you anywhere. I have no idea how you got into my house" i told the devil trying to keep myself calm, and failing

"That's what you say now."

"oh yes that's what I'd say " when did i invite him i thought to myself "this is not good " i silently prayed that Aziraphale won't wake up right now,"Oh where is your little lover uhmmm what's his name? ahh yes Aziraphale humph humph "he chuckled as he made his way to my kitchen, i could feel his chaotic demeanor arising before things get out of hand I'd better send him back to hell . "What is your agenda here lucifer?"i snarled, " you sure are fiesty " he said biting into the apple he got on the counter , i looked upstairs in hope Aziraphale wasn't awake.

Lucifer being the king of chaos took the hint and spoke with as much sarcasm as he could gather"is our little princess asleep " he said choking down his laughter .

Leaning to the door as stealthily as possible Aziraphale tried to listen to who crowely was talking to, it was a rather chilly evening that turned windy all of a sudden that was what awoke Aziraphale although he had lost half of his power his senses where as sharp as a sword "Lucifer " he gasped "why ,how and what is he doing here?.

" What do you want lucifer?"crowely spoke in a stern tone than before

Lucifer said " i missed you " he said gently caressing crowely's soft hair.

i staggered back and asked him "what do you mean? missed me" at that moment Aziraphale's room door flung open and Aziraphale walked outside with his hair untied "Noooo" i muttered as i thought of what to do then i figured he'd been awake all along listening to our conversation "fvck" i said biting my lower lips .

"Oh well if it isn't Aziraphale " lucifer scoffed "You look glorious after your banishment " This drive Aziraphale up the wall as he bolted towards lucifer i managed to hold him back as i turned to lucifer and signaled him angrily to get out

he took the hint and said" I'll be on my way " picking up his coat he winked and disappeared into the darkness.

I could feel Aziraphale's blood boil, I knew i was in trouble

As i tried to calm Aziraphale down after his confrontation with Lucifer,i could see the thousand questions running through his head, but I simply kept a tight grip on him as he paced back and forth nervously, muttering under his breath. When i finally pulled his attention away from the door and locked it, i guided him to a chair.

“Sit down angel. You need a break.” He did sit down eventually, but just stared at me as if there was some kind of answer i could give him that would help explain why everything was okay again. “I don’t know how to explain this, but you need to trust me when i say that what happened between us is going to be fine. I knew i had explaining to do so i started without him asking "Lucifer came to see me" and now we're having a conversation about why things aren't alright." i paused for a second as i heard him take a deep breath and let his posture relax. "Now, before i ask you to calm down because i'm sure there are lots of things running through your mind, I want you to understand that it' s not what you think. There's nothing wrong with him." i added softly.

After a few moments of silence from Aziraphale, i could feel my hand shaking slightly as i reached forward and took his cold hands in mine, trying to bring them out of his own nervousness. “I am so sorry angel.Aziraphale said "Lucifer loves you, i can see that" but i wasn't expecting anything like this. This isn't something i've been expecting either." i continued after a moment of hesitation. "I love him too." I realized this was the best way to end things to avoid the supreme lord and Lucifer from implementing their sinister plan, i knew Lucifer loved me but he had made it super clear that nothing Will ever make him disregard the supreme Lord's offer,he said he had only come to warn me , out of curiosity i asked what the offer was and to my greatest fright it was Aziraphale's wings ,i gasped in shock and disbelief "His wings" i muttered

Aziraphale shook me jolting me back from my thoughts . "What?" I snapped myself out of my trance as he asked me to repeat myself. "Oh! Um.. His... wings... they're yours." I stumbled over my words unsure of how exactly to tell him this information, he gave me a strange look and asked another question. "What about my wings?" I froze, what was I meant to say? Should i lie and say he didn't have them or should i tell him the truth? The truth seemed the most obvious option, but that meant telling him that i knew what he was doing, i had to think quickly. Before i could figure out what to do, my phone rang. i was happy and escaped Aziraphale's gaze, Micheal was a great guy but sometimes he was extremely annoying and needy "Hello Micheal, what is it?"

"Sssomething hasss changed..." Micheal sounded stressed but i couldn't put my finger on why. "I'm not following you. What has changed?" Micheal huffed into the phone as if i was stupid. "You know exactly what has happened, i've been talking to Hastur and he says you have accepted to return to hell to avoid the supreme Lord destroying Aziraphale as that was Lucifer's offer!" My heart dropped. How the hell did they find out?

"What?! No, no! That's not true!" i panicked trying to play innocent. I could barely keep eye contact with Aziraphale anymore. "No matter how much you deny it, they're going to be coming here in less than an hour! And they know it was you who rejected the supreme lords offer, and they won't hold anything against you if you do come willingly!" Micheal yelled angrily. "Wait what?!" i asked, shocked by the news. "The supreme Lord" i muttered Aziraphale jumped with fright on hearing that title ,"He wants you to bring Aziraphale to hell, he will destroy both of you if you resist and he won't stop until he has you. So i suggest you accept his offer, unless you want him to destroy you instead." Micheal hung up."Why hell?" i thought to myself, Lucifer had always been loose around me so i took the opportunity to find their plan but i could only get little Intel,The supreme lord wanted Aziraphale imprisoned in hell,In hell no heavenly bodies could flourish there they'll be eaten alive literally it's so unholy and filled with agony every thing heavenly bodies stood against, another thought "why does the supreme lord despise Aziraphale so much to even want him imprisoned in hell!?" As i pondered this i felt a soft touch to my shoulder. I turned and saw Aziraphale looking concerned "Are you okay, i hope Micheal told you what he said." He mumbled, looking worried. I nodded slowly, still processing all this information "Micheal knew about this? Did he talk to you?" ,"Yes" Aziraphale answered i was shocked "you knew everything and you played along" i snarled , he said " you didn't want to tell me cause yoy thought I wouldn't obpige right?" well" he continued " i don't mind going to hell as a prisoner as long as I'm with you " on hearing this i grabbed him and hugged him as tightly as i could . I never knew Aziraphale cared so much about me but at that moment i didn't care, i couldn't let anything happen to him, not again. Aziraphale held onto me as if i were a lifeline, which i suppose i guess he was. After awhile of embracing each other and taking comfort in the other we released each other and looked straight into each others eyes. "We're gonna be ok angel" i whispered and kissed him gently on the lips. We then walked went to the bedroom.

"Aziraphale wasn't going to be imprisoned in hell I'd make sure of it " i firmly thought to myself. We made love passionately, making our first time last all night. I held Aziraphale close to me and nuzzled his neck kissing all over it while running my fingers through his hair. "Angel please don't leave me" i pleaded, holding him closer. "Angel" i repeated and pulled him away enough to look at his face "I won't leave you i promise" Aziraphale replied placing a small kiss on my cheek "good" i said. I wrapped myself back up in his arms,and he held me closer until morning.
