“Hemlock Grove will be fine, Mina,” Torben responds gently. “Darren is locked up, and Tyrell is sending Beta Yates to take custody of the pack and investigate it.”
She trembles.
“Darren Thatcher is working for someone. Tyrell suspects he is working for the Rogue King, Judas Halford. But we aren’t entirely certain,” Torben explains.
“I heard my father say that name a few times,” I speak up.
“He is on a path to take over our entire world and not just the supernatural world,” Torben stands up.
“But Hemlock Grove is safe?” Mina asks.
Torben smirks, “Very.”
“Can I just have some time to myself?” Mina asks.
“Of course,” I stand up and grab Torben’s hand. “Let’s go relax in our room.”
