I was awakened by the loud alarm clock just beside my bed, dragging me out from that dark place within my dream. Sitting up, I turned the alarm off and stared into space for a while.
I was quite sure that those voices I heard were real, even those shadows. Heaving a sigh, I got off the bed and shook those thoughts away since no matter what, it was simply a dream. After getting ready, I gripped the pepper spray once more just in case something unexpected would happen.
