Chapter 36Riley waited an agonizing eleven minutes for the forensics team to arrive. When they finally made it there, he directed them to do a full workup on the vehicle and asked one of the team members about the contents of the trunk.
“The evidence that was gathered from the apartment was in the trunk when the bomb went off. It looks to me like it was all destroyed by the ensuing fire, but you guys are the experts here, not me. Do you think we can recover anything from the remains?”
