Chapter 52 – Friday, May 3rd, 2019Riley’s plane touched down in Hartsfield-Jackson a little after three in the morning. The plane taxied to the terminal as the weary passengers stretched in their seats, trying to circulate blood to their stiff extremities. Most of the passengers looked as if they were business-people, the kind of people who would spend the majority of their days sitting at a desk. The kind of people who would normally be able to handle sitting down for two hours without difficulty. Sitting on a plane was different from sitting at a desk, though. Planes have to be completely sealed due to the differences in temperature and pressure, so in order to maintain the air inside the cabin, the plane will circulate the air through a filtration system and reintroduce it to the cabin.
