Chapter 34. Shopping for Saturday

So Night after Night Jack and Missi would slip away and meep up even though they had been staying at either his house or hers however this would alwow themselves to be taken on a journey of exploration while Jack guided her further into his world, and she gradually shared pieces of hers with him. They felt a newfound closeness, feeling as if they'd been taken over by the intoxicating blend of chemistry and friendship.
As one of their outings rolled around, Jack made his intentions known: "Missi, I've loved every moment we've spent together. What if we went on an actual date?" Missi clutched Jack's hand, her eyes wide as she answered, "I would love to." As Jack said “How about Saturday at 7” as Issi smiled and said “ sounds like a date” then she and Jack Teleported back to his place till the morning. The next day Missi telaported home which im hines sight made no since at all because her and Kali telaported to the mall where Kali and Missi had planned their trip to the mall for yesterday. It wasn't just any ordinary shopping spree, though. This would also give Missi the perfect opportunity to pick out something special for her date with Jack that Saturday night. Kali, on the other hand, had a different mission in mind. She wanted to tell Missi that she had tried with Cole, but he had ended things. But then, she had gone back to Alonso. As they walked through the crowded mall, Kali couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and nervousness. she wasn't sure how Missi would react. She knew that Missi hadnt always been a fan of Alonsoand alonso hadnt always liked Missi, and even more with Cole. Missi, oblivious to Kali's inner turmoil, chattered away about the different stores they passed. Kali tried to focus on her sisters words, but her mind kept drifting back to Alonso. She couldn't help but wonder if she was making a mistake by seeing him again. Finally, they reached the lingerie store where Missi had her heart set on finding the perfect outfit for her date. Kali followed her inside, trying to keep her nerves in check. As they browsed the racks, Missi suddenly turned to Kali with a knowing look. "So, what's going on with you and Alonso?" she asked, her voice low. Kali hesitated for a moment, unsure of how to respond. She didn't want to lie. "We've been seeing each other again," she admitted.
Missi's expression was a mix of surprise and disapproval. "But he ended things with you, what about Cole?" she said Kali nodded, feeling a pang of guilt. "I know, but...I just can't help the way I feel about him. And he feels the same way. And Cole he ended things with me and got back with his ex.” Missi looked at her sister skeptically, but she could see the sincerity in Kali's eyes. She sighed and shook her head. "I guess I just hope you're not making a mistake," she said finally. Kali smiled, grateful for her sister’s support. "I'll be careful, I promise.how are you and Jack?" As Missi smiled And said “ things are great we have a date Saturday and i wanna look sexy” As they left the store, hand in hand, Kali couldn't help but feel a sense of relief. She knew that her relationship with Alonso was complicated, but she also knew that she couldn't deny the way she felt about him. And as they walked out into the bright sunshine, she couldn't help but wonder what the future held for them. As they continued their shopping spree, Kali and Missi talked and laughed, enjoying each other's company. But Kali couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation building inside her. She knew that tonight, she would be seeing Alonso again. And she couldn't wait to see what the future held for them. As they left the mall, and Headed for Impresso Espresso to have a coffee with their brother Jake at and catch up. Kali knew that her relationship with Alonso was far from perfect, but she also knew that she couldn't deny the way she felt about him. As They Arrived at the cafe Jake was just getting their he smiled as he seen Kali and Missi as the three of them placed their orders As Josh said of course an Iced hazelnut latte 24oz for Kali and Ice Mocha latte 24 oz for Missi and Jake wants peanutbutter blended 24 oz correct as Kali smiled and said of course Josh you know us by now As Missi laughted and said we may come here too much when the barista can tell us what were ordering before we order it as Jake laughed and said i guess were predictable as they got their coffee and went to their favorite table that had the best view. As the tree siblings laughed and talked about their day a normal nightly coffee at Impresso Espresso till Nathan our older brother came in and came straight to our table and Missi being Missi looks at said “wow what are you doing here?” As Kali looked at her sister in disbelief and said what she means it “its a nice surprise to see you here, you look stressed. Do you have anything you wanna talk about?” As by surprise Jojo and Ryan came in they ordered three drinks and joined Nathan, Jake and Missi. As Kali smiled and said “got me feeling lioe the old days now. How is everyone?” As Ryan said with a smile Jojo has decided she wants to go back to school even though shes a world known fashion designer she wants to be a teacher. As they all smiled and congratulated her. As Nathan finally chirping in so Tiffany and i are trying for a baby, but it doesnt seem to be working and she really wants a baby. Jojo said “ have you guys brought this up to the doctor, they can help if theirs a problem” as Nathan said “ i told her that and she said she didn't wanna have that talk with her mother.” Meanwhile as Missi sat back and she smiled enjoying the galkign aroudn the table like they all use to do as they all eatched the sun set which was always looked so beautiful overlooking the beach. As closing got near they headed forthe door and said see you tomorrow as Kali Teleported home
She couldnt help but be overjoyed tonight and it brought back good memories.
