Elise´s POV The cabin was dimly lit, illuminated only by the faint glow of the lamp on the table. Outside, the wind whistled through the trees, but inside, the storm was of a different kind. Ava paced back and forth, arms crossed tightly over her chest, rage sharpening her every movement.
