The next couple of days pass by in a blur. I haven’t seen Logan, which tells me he is keeping his distance, thank goodness. Someone else who has been keeping their distance is Jasper. I have been staying at the cabin these past couple of days. Marie has been checking up on me and so has Peter. I know Pearl has been communicating with Onyx since I’ve closed off the link with Jasper after he refused to answer me the other day. Am I being petty? Maybe, but I know sending Alex to Northridge was the right call. I have started to worry about Alex. Even though I still feel him through the pack bond, he hasn’t reached out or come back.
