As Jasper and I enter the village, I can’t help but think how similar this all is… “Hey, you okay?” I nod my head as we continue walking, “Yeah…it’s just that this place reminds me of somewhere.” “Oh yeah? Where’s that?” “I can’t help but feel like I am back in Whistler Village. All the shops and people walking around.” “Whistler…Whistler…why does that name ring a bell?” Jasper seems to be talking more to himself than to me. “It’s a getaway of sorts. People go there for a vacation or to ski…they even have mountain biking…shops galore.” “The name seems familiar…I just…I can’t remember.” Jasper holds back a growl at the end, and I can’t help but feel for him. I can’t even fathom what he must be feeling or going through; not being able to remember anything about where you came from. I
