Peter is the one who speaks, since I am still trying to catch my breath and feeling weak.
“I think it would be best for someone to take Alpha Jasper to his room,” Peter suggests.
Alpha Rivers nods and one guard along with Beta Pike each takes one of Jasper’s arms; he is still wobbly and disoriented. He quickly glances at me in concern, but they walk him out of the room.
I glance at Alex and mindlink him, ‘Stay with Jasper and make sure he isn’t disturbed.’
‘You mean make sure Ivy and Darrin stay away.’
I weakly nod at him and he nods at me before leaving the room.
Alpha Rivers then orders the other guard to get someone to clean this up and to have Jasper watched as well.
I didn’t miss the as well part, maybe he already has his suspicions of Ivy and Darrin, I think.
