"What's wrong Jenna, you've been sighing since we got here," Tory asked in concern.
"My dad's got a new girlfriend," she pouts. Tory's eyes widened while Madison, whose eyes were pinned on her iphone, looked at Jenna.
"So sorry for you Maddy." Tory smirks and Madison hits her shoulder.
"I've told you a thousand times, it's my aunt that has a crush on her dad."
"Then why do you always ask about him?" Tory points accusedly.
Madison eyes widen, "I-"
"Oh my gosh Laura have you seen the new chemistry tutor?" Jessica, the university's biggest b***h strolled through the hallway with her two girlfriends by her side. She wore a pink top with a black leather jacket and a mid thigh skirt.
"Damn. Have you seen his body? It's like I should just rip that damn tight shirt off him." Angelica, the blonde by Jessica's left gushes.
"Tell me about it. What of his-" The bell rings interrupting Laura. Ravenwood University was an elite private university, for the stinkingly rich. It valued time and perfect attendance more than anything.
"Time for chemistry let's go," Jessica drags both of them away heistingly.
The three girls by Madison's locker watched them in confusion and shock as they left.
"What was that for?" Tory asks as they begin to head to class.
"I don't know but did Jessica get all excited for a guy? A professor which is even worse?" Jenna says with wide eyes.
Madison's phone beeps indicating a message. She looked down at her phone and stopped dead in her tracks.
"Um...you guys should get going, I'll be back." Madison says nervously and they stop and look at her.
"You sure? You'd be late for chemistry and you know what that means-"
"Detention," Jenna completed.
Madison chuckled fakely, "It will just take a second. Besides, all teachers love me." She smiles.
"Okay, be quick." They speak in monotone. She nods and they both leave. Immediately, her smile vanished and sadness engulfed her features. She walked to the washroom and looked at the door.
"Not today. Why today," she took out her phone and read the message she sent.
‘I warned you to stay away from that bastard Madison. If I see you both together again, I'll make sure that bastard rots in jail. Can't you open your eyes and see he's using you for money!!’
Not only did the message that threatened her boyfriend, Alex, make her stomach hurt, she had completely forgotten she was on her period and eaten three packets of lickerish.
She dropped her phone on the sink and looked at her wincing freckled face in the mirror. She had silky chocolatey hair that brought out the beautiful curves of her face, hazel eyes and a birthmark under her eyelid that made her look damn gorgeous.
"I'm sure Harrison had something to do with this. How else would dad find out?” she grimaced as the pain worsened. Resting her hand on the sink she groaned.
"I'll call Alex. He always has some painkillers in case of things like this," Before she could take her phone someone knocked on the door.
"Hey babe, it's me." Alex said in a hoarse voice. Her eyes glowed joyfully and she pushed herself to the door and opened it up then looked around the empty hallway before dragging Eric in.
She looked at him with lovey eyes as he searched through his bag taking out a water bottle and painkillers. He smiled charmingly, he had hazel eyes like her and red hair. He had quite a classy fashion sense as he dressed in a white shirt with gray vest and gray pants with a pair of brogue on.
"How did you know?" She asks and he smirks, making him look more handsome.
"I always know when you are on and that has nothing to do with s*x," he chuckles revealing his dimples and she blushes.
"Of course, it's not like we've ever done it before," She jumped on the vanity. His smile dropped and she immediately regretted what she said.
How could he use her when he hasn't even slept with her before? Clearly her father was delusional.
"I'm not complaining Madison. Besides, we have many years ahead of us." He washed his hands and dried it in the air dryer then took out two pills.
"What if I'm ready now," she smiles and he smirks and looks at her.
"Is your father threatening me again?" He asks and she frowns.
"I despise how you know me to well,"
He frowns playfully and puts the pills near her lips as she raises her head up. She opened her mouth then her dropped it in and gave her the water bottle. She grimaces and swallows the pills.
"I don't want problems between you and your dad,"he says resting a hand on her lap. She didn't react to his act which annoyed him silently.
"Dad- I mean Harrison is just being overprotective, "
"That's not my point babe,"
"Alex, can you not bring up my dad for once?" She scowls at him. His fist clenches.
He nodded. "Fine, have it your way as usual. I have geography,"with that, he kissed and left.
She groaned in annoyance. "He was just caring Maddy,"she said to herself and jumped off the vanity then remembered she had chemistry class.
"s**t!" She grabbed her phone and raced out of the washroom. She had never gotten detention or a bad attendance. Ravenwood's way of detention was listening to a three hours disciplinary video courtesy of Chancellor Elizabeth. Three detentions in a semester meant your name would be added to the list of bad students and your parents would have to visit the chancellor which never ended well.
Madison raced through the hallway and then finally burst into the Chemistry class immediately catching sight of an incredibly handsome man in glasses in front of the class which was seldom quite.
Everyone's eyes went to her and so did the brown pair of the professor.
"Oh my fweaking goodness!"
