“This is… our display of affection,” Ares answered as they all teased us. I hid behind my hands. I had indeed forgotten that we had an audience as I was conversing with Ares so I couldn’t even retort and I was bad at lying.
“Okay, too much teasing. Let’s have lunch.” Ares urged and I felt better knowing the spotlight would be off from me.
“Well, we will have lunch first since we have to go back and complete a few tasks before we leave,” Ares informed me and I nodded.
Ares, Kieran, Horatius and Kyle sat to have lunch. Ani was serving them whereas Regan was helping her. Cameron on the other side was cleaning the kitchen. Vincent walked in and glanced at the busy crowd and a very relaxed me. Serena was suddenly crying.
“I’ll check on her.” Vincent offered and Ani
