Chapter 52

Dawin arrived in the house and immediately went to the living room, he goes instantly to the couch but his face got worried immediately when he didn't find the envelope and he also didn't see any papers laying on the couch.

It was all clean.

"Where the f**k is that?"

Dawin opened the cabinets in the living room but he still didn't found the contract.

He also checked the kitchen, cause maybe he put it there yesterday.

But as long as he remembered, after putting it in the couch yesterday night, he got drunk but he still moved the contract below the television as it was more safe to put it there but when he checked it, it was all empty.

He then decided to go to his room and checked his drawers maybe but unfortunately he still didn't found it.

Dawin was about to asks the maids when he passed by in Alice's room and it was slightly opened.

"Maybe Alice's saw it earlier," he mumbled.

He knocked on the door first even though it was slightly opened.

"Alice?" But he was replied by silence, he sigh and decided to went inside the room cause maybe Alice is in the bathroom.

"Alice are you there? Did you saw--"

He was about to knock on the bathroom when he passed the dressing table of Alice.

His eyes immediately widen when he saw his contract, but he halts when he saw the contract, drenched in water.

"What the f**k?!" He shouted and immediately grab the contract. He curses a hundred times when he noticed the ink of the contract was fully damaged by the water.

He walks fastly going towards the bathroom and knocked.

"Alice! Open the door!" He was about to knock again when he noticed it was open.

He then realize Alice is not present here in her own room.

He grab a fistful of his hair and groaned, "how the f**k this happened!?"

He stroked out from the room and immediately went to outside the house going to his car.

He need to inform Seb about this, asap.

When he arrived in the company the employees greeted him but he didn't even acknowledge their presence as he stormed towards his private elevator.

When he reached his floor, he immediately went to Seb's cabin and opened it without even knocking.

"What the--" but Seb was cut from his sentence when Dawin outs the contract in his table, Seb saw it and his eyes immediately widen.

"Dawin?! What the f**k?!" He shouted.

Dawin rubbed his temples and sigh frustratedly.

"How did this happened?!" Seb asks.

That's when Dawin explained everything to Seb, on how he almost searched the whole house for the goddamn contract and when he saw it in Alice's room.

"Win! If we want another contract it'll take one good month, it takes more process cause this is a big deal and this! We planned to have the contract signing tomorrow!"

"Yeah and the CEO's they arrived already here in Seoul," Dawin says coldly.

He can't really believe this happened, there were so many questions running around his mind, like how come the contract reached Alice's room, how come the contract got wet and now it's closed to tearing up.

"But win, how come this goes to Alice's room? Does it means she did this?"

Now Dawin doesn't know the answer for that, his mind is currently blank at the moment, and he has still many things to do and now this happened.

"I don't know, and I also can't reach her phone, she is unavailable at this moment, maybe she is in her shoot or whatever and I know those times, she can't be contacted cause she power off her phone so she can focus."

"This is ridiculous Dawin, you said it yourself, the two CEO's arrived here in Seoul early in the morning and now what are we gonna supposed to do?"

"I'll go to my office for now, I need to think for sometime, everything is stressing me out," Dawin said and went out from Seb's office.

When Dawin entered his office, he immediately sits on the couch and closed his eyes.

He really can't believe this happened, how come he became so careless that this happened and also how will he tell his father this all incident.

He sigh and grab his phone, he need to tell his father now or else.

After few rings the called was answered by Lucas.

"Yes son?"

"Dad can you come here in the office, I need to tell you something important."

"What is it?"

"I'll tell you here."

Lucas agreed instantly and hang up the call.

After 30 minutes the door opened revealing Lucas who instantly saw Dawin on the couch.

And he knows there is something wrong because Dawin always sits on his office chair and seeing him in the couch then there must be something going on.

"Dawin what's the problem," he asks straight to the point.

Dawin gestured his dad to sit on the couch and after Lucas followed him, he sigh and told him everything.

"Win! How come you became so careless!?" Lucas says while massaging his forehead.

"Dad, I clearly remember putting the contract in the safe place in the living room, and I don't know how come it was in Alice's room and now it was all damage."

"So you perhaps mean Alice did it? Like ruining the contract?'

"I don't know dad, and I know Alice won't do that, she is not careless, her actions, she is careful on it."

"Please ask her about this, and also please tell the two CEO's on what happened, I don't know if they will understand it but you still need to tell them."

Dawin sighs for the hundred time and nodded his head.

"I'll go now, your mother asks me to buy something, and fix your problem, I'm not tolerating you to became so careless like this," Lucas says sternly.

Even though Dawin is the CEO, Lucas is still his father and Lucas is always stern on Dawin when it comes to work and of course handling the MQ Incorporation.

It was night time already and Dawin arrived in the house, exhausted.

He decided to bring the ruined contract so maybe he can asks Alice about it but unfortunately Alice is still not home.

He ate dinner first and played with Brian for sometime before he freshen up and decided to wait for Alice to arrive.

It was already 10 pm and Alice arrived at that time, she was really tired from the shooting cause her Co actor was so demanding earlier and the staff was not in the mood to mess with the said actor so they followed anything that he said.

Alice was internally mad as the staff became so stupid when it comes to that situation.

She entered the living room and saw Dawin sitting on the couch while he was focused in using his phone.

"Oh, good evening win," Alice says tiredly.

Dawin immediately looked at her and noticed that Alice was tired, but he then remembered the contract.

"Alice can I talk to you for some time?" He hopefully asks.

"Oh yes, what is it," even though she is tired, she still agreed because maybe it is something important.

Alice sat on the couch infront of Dawin and gestured him to talk.

"Do you perhaps saw a contract earlier, before you left the house?"

Alice looked at him confusingly and shakes her head.

"No I didn't, and also what about it?"

Dawin closed his eyes and sighs.

"Please Alice, tell me did you see a contract earlier?"

Alice frowns and said, "win, i just told you, I didn't and if I saw one, I'll definitely tell you so please, and I'm tired I have no time for this."

"Then why did I saw this contract in your room?" Dawin asks straightly while showing Alice the contract.

"What happened on that? And also, come again? The contract? Is in my room?" Now Alice sits straight.

"Why is this in your room and it was also drenched in water, did you do this? Alice did you know that this contract is very important."

Alice stands up and looked at Dawin.

"How could you say that? I didn't do that! And are you perhaps blaming me? Really Dawin?"

"Then explain to me on why in the world this contract was in your room?"

"I told you I didn't know! And how come you blame me this so easily, maybe someone puts it in my room!" She shouted the last part.

She was just so tired that she wants to sleep and now Dawin is making her head hurts more, how come he can blame Alice this so easily.

"I'm not blaming you okay?! I'm just asking you why are you so tensed up on this, and also are you perhaps covering your fault in this?" Dawin asks, well he was also shocked with his words but it was too late as Alice already heard it.

"What the f**k! Dawin! Are we gonna fight again!? I know it's useless to tell you that I didn't do it but can you please be careful on your words?! You really act like the superior when the reality is you are not," Alice says and inhales deeply.

"What are you even saying Alice? I'm just asking you and now your acting like this?"

"You started this first! Please I'm tired and now you are messing up with me. Again! f**k that contract of yours! Blaming me--

But Alice was cut off on her sentence when Dawin throws the paper in her direction.

"The f**k?!" She shouted.

"The f**k with you! This contract is very important and now your talking like that?! Tomorrow will be the contract signing and of course it won't happen anymore when you just ruined the contract!"

"Dawin! I told you so many times I didn't do it! Why are you like this huh? Your not like this before and now?!"

"Ahh! So now we're talking about the past?!"

Alice closed her eyes and was about to walk when Dawin spoke again.

"Your at fault for everything."

Alice widen her eyes and immediately throw her bag to Dawin.

"What did you said?!" She went near him and holds his collar.

"Your such a fucktard! I really thought were now okay but the f**k! You got the worse personality!" She shouted.

Dawin was shocked by it and holds Alice's shoulder tightly.

"Everything is your fault!" He shouted also.

Both were shock internally when no one from the both of them cries, like are they now immune with fighting over each other.

No one really sheds a single tear and only hatred can be seen in both eyes.

"Shut up!" Alice shouted loudly and instantly grab her bag from the floor and walked away going to her room.

Dawin was panting heavily and also flinched when he heard a door being shut with a loud bang.

"The f**k!" He says while gripping his hair tightly.

Both of them didn't notice a certain maid hearing everything guiltily, as she was the one who puts the contract in Alice's room. She saw the contract below the tv, early in the morning while drinking water and she accidentally trips and the water landed on the contract.

She never thought it was important and she though Alice owns it cause she thought it was a script so she puts it in her room.

She didn't expect this will happen.
