Chapter 30

After eating breakfast, They are now currently in the mall, Pia was busy choosing clothes while Seb was patiently waiting for her.

Mr.and Mrs. Marquez was in the interior department, both wanted to add something in their home in Seoul and that's what they were doing now.

Meanwhile Alice and Dawin was in kids section, Brian was in Dawin's hold, sometimes he walk while using Dawin's leg as a support, he was busy admiring the toys around him.

Meanwhile Alice was busy rolling her eyes everytime Brian's eyes landed on something, Dawin will immediately grab it and put it into cart.

"Dawin your spoiling Brian in that way, let's buy the thing he needed and definitely the toys he will use I know not everything will be used."

"It's okay and," he pauses and looked at Alice who was giving him a questionable face, "We both have a black cards," he said and giggled afterwards like a kid.

"What the?" Alice was left behind when Dawin and Brian decided to go to the superhero section.

"This father and son duo is creating me a head ache," she sigh and followed them.

After good 1 hour they are now outside the grocery store, the things that they buy earlier, they sent it house through Dawin's guards.

And now they will buy foods and other necessities as they will be in farm land from afternoon to tomorrow early in the morning and definitely food is a must.

Pia discovered earlier that the farm house she discovered has an available rented cottage with 3 small rooms and one bathroom so they can stay there whenever they want.

"Can we buy some beers?" Pia suddenly asks, while Seb and Lucas was pushing two carts.

"There's a kid Pia," Seb says.

Pia looks at Seb blankly.

"Do you think Brian knows how to drink a beer?"

"Um no?" Lucas and Mae both smiled at them.

"Where Dawin and Alice?" Lucas suddenly asks, noticing how they became four.

"Alice needs to buy a diaper and milk for Brian in other section, they will come any minute -- oh there they are!"

Pia pointed at their front to see the couple walking towards them while Dawin was pushing a cart with Brian riding on it.

"Oh he is so cute!"Mae shouted suddenly, Pia and Seb suddenly flinched by it but Lucas who was used to her wife shouting just shake his head embarrassingly.

"Mom stop shouting would you,"Dawin said, it was also obvious from his face that he was embarassed because the people near them also looked at Mae when she shouted.

"I don't care what people said, they don't give me money,"Mae sassily said.

After choosing the foods and other necessities to bring to the farm, it's now currently 9.30 a.m and all are now in one car.

Lucas was the one who will drive while Mae beside him, Dawin, Alice and Brian was in the back seat, meanwhile Pia and Seb was in the second back seat.

"Let's go?"Lucas asks.

Pia, Seb and Alice shouted 'let's go!' meanwhile Dawin just shake his head and Mae was smiling. Happy to see her children with their partners, because before when Pia and Dawin was still young, it's just the four of them in a car when they will go to a vacation.

But now three family members were added and all of them are Mae's favorite.

Seb was still courting Pia, but both Mae and Lucas can see the sincerity in Seb's eyes for Pia, but Mae thought before that if there will be a time Pia will busted Seb then she will surely strangle her own daughter so Pia can realize that Seb is more better than anyone else.

Well that was what she thought before but that was still sometimes comes across her mind.

"Mom your zoning out?" Pia suddenly asks from the very back.

"Nothing, I'm just thinking how beautiful I am compared to you,"She said while smiling sweetly at her.

Lucas smiled while driving while Pia was ready to jump in the car but unlucky to her, there's no door beside her.

"I don't care," Pia replied.

After almost 1 hour of their journey, Alice felt sleepiness visits her, Brian was already sleeping in her chest. She tried to lean back in the sit but it was uncomfortable.

Then she tried leaning her head in the window and it is more better, after a while of leaning in the window, she doesn't notice that she felt asleep.

Dawin was busy in his tablet though, he was busy making a speech to be delivered in just one month. Dawin was like this, he prepared everything he will do a month before and will surely review it if there is some wrong that he will correct.

Dawin will go to Singapore next month, and Alice needs to come also but he still didn't told her.

When Dawin was done on checking the speech he have made just in 30 minutes, he raised his head and noticed almost everyone was sleeping except his dad and him.

"Looks like we're just the strongest soldier here,"His dad said smugly.

"Dad where is your common sense, of course you will stay awake, your driving, there's no one who drives while still sleeping," Dawin confusingly said.

Lucas smiled in rear mirror but Dawin who looked at it, knows it was a fake smile.

"If I'm not driving I already punch you," He said while smiling.

"And yeah your driving so you can't punch me," Lucas sigh and just rolled his eyes because he knows Dawin will always retort back.

Dawin was looking in the window when he noticed someone moving beside him comfortably.

He looked at beside him and sigh, Alice was looking uncomfortable in her position, so Dawin did what his conscience told him.

He softly grab Alice's head and put it in his shoulder, he also smiled when he saw Brian nuzzle his head in Alice shoulder.

Even though he and Alice was still not okay like literally like before, but it's still okay that they act civil now just for the sake of Brian and their family. Even though Alice will still not tell him everything then it's okay but he knows there will be a time he will discover everything.

"So deep in your thoughts?" Lucas suddenly asks.

"Yeah."

"About what?"

"How Alice still didn't tell me the reasons."

Lucas almost stops the car but he restrain himself from doing it.

He kept silent and didn't said anything after wards or else he will accidentally reveal everything.

After 2 hours it is now 12 pm and they finally arrived in the farm.

Pia was excited when she saw the view, she realize it was more better than the picture she saw in the internet.

"This is great!"She says.

Seb laughs while bringing the things from the trunk of the car, Dawin was also helping him while Lucas was ordered by Mae to take a picture of her in the beautiful view.

The farm was in a high place that's why you can see in the sea and the houses which was already small because of it was far.

"O my god?! Is that a strawberry?!" Alice suddenly shouted.

Seb went near Dawin and whispered,"Pia, Alice and auntie they need a Scotch tape in their mouths sometimes."

Dawin nodded in agreement while also watching Alice bouncing Brian up and down, and that's make Dawin also smiled.

"Let's go guys!"Mae said.

Pia was leading the way as she knows the direction because she already searched everything yesterday night.

After 5 minutes of walking they arrived in a not so small cottage and they gasp in awe on how it looks so homey.

The caretaker gave Pia the keys and also instructed them on what to do and don'ts.

Everyone enetered the cottage and Alice instantly sat in the small couch.

"I'm tired!" Alice said while Brian was on the floor, busy on playing his new toys.

"Me too girl, but get up we need to cook something for lunch!" Pia said while grabbing Alice's arm to make her get up from the couch.

"No need honey, me and your Dad will cook for today's lunch, if you want, you both can cook dinner later," Mae said.

Pia nodded and at last sat on the couch.

"What are you doing here?" Alice asks.

"Sitting?" Pia sarcastically said.

Seb was busy arranging the things they buy earlier and Dawin was checking the other rooms.

"This cottage is actually great than what I've expected," He said while coming back from the last room he check.

"I never choose something that is not my taste brother," Pia said.

"Well yeah, but I don't care," Dawin said and proceeds to the mini kitchen.

"Thank the gods that your my brother,"She mumbles.

Alice laugh and went to Brian who was looking at the direction were Dawin left.

"Pia can you check Brian for now, I will go to the room, I wanna lay down for a while,"Alice said, Pia nodded, happy to have a quality time again with her nephew.

Alice got inside the room and smiled a little, the room was small exactly what she have thought and there was a aircon and a drawer in the side.

She opened the aircon and layed in the bed, she didn't noticed she fell asleep while rubbing the soft matress with her hand.

After 30 minutes, Mae and Lucas was already done on cooking the foods.

"Kids let's eat now!" Mae said.

Everyone went to the kitchen except Alice.

"Where is Alice?"Lucas asks.

"Well she said earlier, she is in the room,"Pia said.

"I'll go call her,"Dawin replied.

When Dawin entered the room, the first thing he noticed was the cold temperature, Dawin sighs when he realized Alice loves aircons.

"Alice?" He softly says.

Alice open her eyes a little, "what time is it now?"

"It's almost 1 pm, get up, others are waiting for you, we were going to eat lunch."

Alice nodded, "you go first I'll follow."

Dawin nodded and went out to the kitchen first.

In the afternoon, they went outside the cottage and go to the farm to pick fruits they enjoyed everything that they do than they thought.

They planned to bring the fruits and vegetables they harvest tomorrow, when they will go back to seoul.

In the evening they created a campfire and Brian was happy, as it was his first time to see a fire that was big than he imagine.

Seb sing some songs also while Dawin was playing a guitar, they borrowed the guitar from the caretaker.

All of them enjoyed everything that they did.

Morning comes and all of them woke up early as they needed to go back in the rented house in the main town of Jeju, as they still needed to pack their things and their flight will be in lunch time going to Seoul.

After all the happenings, finally Alice and Dawin and the others are now back in Seoul, it was just a short flight and now they are now in home.

It's now 3 pm and Dawin was still in his room resting while Brian is in his own room with his nanny, Alice was changing her clothes cause she needs to go her agency because Cassy called her a while ago saying she will shoot a short advertisement for a telecommunications brand.

Alice finally arrived in the her company and the staff greeted her.

She started her shooting and surprisingly it ended in almost one hour.

Alice changed her clothes again and bid goodbyes to the staff and Cassy.

1 month later.

"Alice are you ready?" Dawin asks while knocking on Alice's room door.

"Yeah, wait a minute, I'm still closing my luggage."

Well now they will travel going to Singapore, it was now 1 pm and Brian was fetch by Mae and Lucas earlier in the morning.

They volunteered that they will take care of Brian, while both couple was still in the Singapore. Unluckily they can't bring Brian in Singapore.

Seb will follow them tomorrow as Dawin needs to attend a small meeting in his company later in the evening but as he will be having a flight, Seb will represent him instead.

After Alice was done, Dawin and her goes to the airport straightly.

When they reached there, there was guards that was waiting for them.

Unfortunately 1 week before, fans discovered that Alice will be going to Singapore today and the fans who missed her wanted to see her up close again.

"Your fans is so eager to see you," Dawin suddenly said because even though they are still in the car, they can already see some groups of people holding posters.

Alice smiled and nodded,"yeah it's also been a while that I saw them."

They walk to the airport while guards was guiding them.

People were also shock to see the eligible bachelor, Dawin Marquez who was also walking with his wife s***h their idol, AC.

Many people capture them through cameras and cellphones as it was a rare sight to see the couple in one frame.

They arrived in the Singapore after a long flight and now they arrived in the luxurious hotel which they will going to stay in their time here in Singapore.

"Mr. Marquez!" Suddenly a girl went near them and suddenly hug Dawin who was shocked at the moment.

The moment the girl shouted Dawin's name, Alice flinched because of her sharp voice.

When she looked at the source of the voice her eyes widen when the girl was already hugging Dawin tightly.

"Excuse me?!" Alice suddenly said.

The girl ignore her while still hugging Dawin. But then Dawin pushed her away.

"Ah!" The girl fakely said.

"Don't act like you hit somewhere, and who the hell are you?!" Alice said. While Dawin was still busy glaring at the girl as she was still staring at Dawin seductively.

"Well what a ignorant Assistant you are of Dawin."

"W-what?" Alice was taken back by that.

But how wrong the girl said those as now Dawin was boiling in anger.

"Who the f**k are you?! First you call me by your ugly voice then you suddenly run to me and hug me like we know each other, when I don't and will never interested to know you. And second, you call Alice my assistant? Do you not know the most famous celebrity AC?!"

The girl was obviously hurt on the way Dawin shouted but she still didn't give up.

"Well my name is Francine,now you know me and I know AC but I still didn't saw her face but what's the connection?" She said while twirling her curly hair.

"Well she is AC! And she is not my mere assistant but she is my wife!"

Francine froze and instantly looked at Alice who was warring a black hoodie, mask and shades that's why it's hard to recognize her in an instant.

"I don't believe you! How come she's AC, her outfit is yuckie!"

"Get lost b***h!" Dawin growled.

"Well fine but we're still not finish, Dawin." She said while the last part she said it in more seductive way.

But Alice and Dawin didn't know it as they were covered by their anger.

"Let's go!" Alice iritatedly said.

Both were so tired from their flight and when they reach here they will meet that b***h? Woah! So stressful indeed.

They were informed earlier in the flight that they will be having a one room, so they have no choice to agree because the Lee's whose the host of the event, booked them the same room.

Night time.

Tonight they will be having a small gathering in the hotel's restaurant, the Lee's will also be there and some business men's who were also invited and stayed in the same hotel.

Dawin was currently showering as he have just woke up from his sleep.

And Alice who woke up a little early than Dawin, took a shower first and now she is busy choosing her clothes that she will wear tonight.

Alice is sure that the girl named Francine will be present Later so she needs to doll herself not as Alice but as the famous celebrity AC.

She was so pissed and angry earlier that's why now she wants that girl Francine to realize not to humiliate her so easily.

After 5 minutes of thinking she finally realized the clothes she will wear.

She chose a red dress which is a tight fitted sleeveless, she also wear a Ruby necklace and bracelet.

She straightened her hair and wear a black high heels.

Her make up is matched with red lipstick.

Tonight she was really different, as mostly as you can imagine, she can be called a red girl tonight, she looks so stunning.

"Why I am so beautiful?" She asks herself while looking in the mirror.

She sigh and was about to wear a perfume when the bathroom door opened revealing Dawin whose towel only covered his lower part. Meanwhile he is upper n***d.

Alice halts while still staring at Dawin.

But Dawin was also the same, when he goes out from the bathroom he was shocked to see Alice infront of him, wearing a very sexy dress.

Alice comes to realization and snaps on her trance but she was confuse when she looked at Dawin again as he was still staring at her.

"Dawin?"

Dawin jolts and instantly looked at the window.

"Why is she so goddamn sexy and beautiful?"He whispers frustratedly.

"What did you said?"

"Oh nothing."

He was about to enter the walk in closet when suddenly he stopped and looked at Alice.

"Alice?"

"Yeah?"

"You looked perfect tonight."
