Dorian's POV…
“Alpha Dorian!” Ashen jumped happily into my arms and I barely caught him. He did that to my utmost surprise, but I'm glad he did.
Having him in my arms feels so f*****g good and a bit reassuring. We hugged shortly before disengaging.
“I'm so glad you came” Ashen squealed once I had dropped him back on the ground. His eyes radiated gleefully, and I found myself smiling.
His smiles are intoxicating.
“You are?” I furrowed my eyebrows, while ruffling his hair gently.
"You have no idea how anxious he was when he spotted you”
I lifted my eyes up to behold Ashen's mother. She came out of the little door alongside her husband. “Good evening sir and ma'am” I greeted, adding a light bow to it.
