" Where is Daniel ? " I sigh . I didn't actually want him here , I wanted to spend time with just Autumn , but she misses him and I do hope that they just make up -- he lights up her world and that makes me happy .
" I'm not sure . " Autumn mutters as she looks down at her phone screen , " He should be here any minute . " she shrugs , her eyes glancing at the parking lot .
Goodness , I hope he is okay . I mean it is late .
" He'll probably text you any minute . " I tell her reassuringly .
" Yeah . " she sighs , but I could tell that she was worried .
Her phone screen lit up as it dinged .
A relaxed smile crossed her face as she read the message .
" That him ?" I ask and her eyes glance up at me , pure happiness shining in her eyes .
