I sat up straight as my phone dinged , I picked it up and there was a message from Carter , " Will I see you this weekend ? " he asks , I blush as I roll my eyes and put my phone back down . I turned to face Daniel , whom now looked pissed off , " Who's Carter ? " he asks and I sigh , " A client . " I reply as if it were no big deal . " Then why does he want to see you this weekend ? " he asks , his eyes in slits as he glares at me . This can not be f*****g real , " Because he is actually a friend too . He helped me home the other day when I hurt my ankle . " I mutter and he nods before standing up and walking towards the door , " Where the hell are you going ? " I mutter as I follow him and he turns to look at me , " I'm not mad at you Autumn , this is where your life begins
