Alice POV:

After a few days, Liam was still by my side at the pack house and my dad was more relaxed with Liam around, even though he wanted us to go to his place in the Human Realm, he made sure to ensure my dad I'd be OK, so he decided to stay for a few days more.

I woke up in the morning and I found myself in the embrace of the most handsome man I’ve ever seen in my life. I ran my fingers softly on his face, everything about him was so manly and divine.

I tried to sneakily get off his arms and he held me tighter.

“Goddess, he’s intense and possessive even when he’s sleeping”, I thought to myself, as Hope was enjoying all this love.

“Liam, I have to go to the bathroom” I whispered to him.

“All right but come right back!” he replied without even bothering to open his eyes.

He softened his arms and I got up, made my way to the bathroom, brushed my teeth and took a quick shower.

When I left, I noticed he was still sleeping.

I left my room and decided to cook us all some real breakfast ever since my father dismissed the omegas when I brought Liam.

I was finishing when, all of a sudden, I heard he slam the bedroom door and his footsteps running angrily. I chuckled.

“I said come right back!” I turned to face him and approached him, still smiling. He was serious and his jaws were struggling to keep still.

I slowly wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him.

He laid his head on the crook of my neck and inhaled my scent, making my legs feel like jelly, sending jolts of electricity and goosebumps all over my body.

“I cooked us breakfast, gorgeous” I said and he looked intently at me, cupped my face and kissed me hungrily.

“Can I skip it and go straight to the dessert?” he smirked mischievously, running his hands on my sides when we parted our kiss. The heat was increasing but I giggled in response, trying to contain my desire.

All right, I need to try to think about something else or he'd smell how aroused I was already.

“Wow, that’s really amazing, benedict eggs, huh?” he asked.

“Yes, do you like it?”

“I like it even more now that you cooked it” he said, so naturally, I could get used to it.

Then I heard my dad walking by.

“Good morning, Ali” my dad said. I can’t believe he called me Ali, it’s been a long while since the last time he called me like that.

“Good morning, dad, I cooked us breakfast.” I told him happily.

“Thank you, that looks amazing” he said and took a bite, “and it tastes even better”.

I could use my days always being like that actually.

“Ali, when are you going to leave? I decided to contact Elliot so we can work together against that f****d up group, but I want to do it after you leave. You must be safe” he said, and I felt my heart clench.

“Dad, this is so not fair, I want to stay here and help” I said. I was determined.

“Absolutely not, I don’t need your help, I need you safe and protected” my dad said, and Liam nodded.

Goddess, I have to find a way to help them. I was mated to a dragon but I’m a wolf and a witch, they’re my people too and I have got to do something.

I didn’t say anything, I was thinking of a thousand ways to help all of them.

“Alice, I think we should finish our breakfast and you can pack all the stuff you need, but you don’t need much. I've already mind-linked Prospero to settle everything for you there.” Liam said, snapping me out of my thoughts.

“Liam, please, promise me you’ll help me train”, I told him.

“Princess, you’re not going to fight.” He talked back.

“I won’t leave until you promise me anyway”. I was very determined.

“Fine, I promise” he said, and I smiled.

Liam POV:

“What a stubborn little girl” I thought to myself and chuckled.

"Yes, but she's my stubborn mate", Alec said, and I chuckled inwardly.

We finished our breakfast, her dad went to his office to solve some bureaucracy.

Alice and I made our way back to her room and she started packing her stuff and I helped her. It didn’t take long.

“Liam, I’m nervous about meeting the other dragons. What if they don’t like me?” she asked, sounding so insecure.

“There’s nothing to dislike about you, princess. Besides, most of the dragons have their own place and they wouldn’t go against their King, I can assure you that.”

“But I want them to like me for who I am and not because they feel like they must force themselves to swallow my presence. I want to be able to do something for them. I just don’t know what yet” she told me, and I could see so many emotions glowing in her eyes.

She was amazing indeed. I was falling in love with her more and more each second I spent by her side.

She’ll be an amazing Queen.

“You will, princess, please, don’t worry about it, I’ll always be by your side and we’ll face it all together, deal?” I wanted her to relax.

She locked her gaze on mine.

“Deal, thank you” She said, blushing. It made my c**k throb in my trousers. She has no idea what she’s doing to me.

“All right, ready to leave?” I asked her.

“Ready” she said and we made our way to her dad’s office, knocked and he said we could come in.

“We’re leaving, Alpha”, I told him and he stood up. He approached Alice and hugged her.

“Ali, I’m sorry for the last decade, the way I treated you, you’re my daughter and I always wanted to give you more than you deserve and you deserve everything. I’m sad I've just opened my eyes now you’re leaving.” He said, fighting back the tears. But his eyes were glowing.

Alice, on the other hand, was crying. It was a tough moment.

“Dad, I understand why you did it, don’t worry, I don’t blame you, I blame the Wolfcraig,” she said, crying but also chuckling. “ Thanks for telling me everything, thanks for protecting me and please, stay safe you too.

I love you, dad, I wanted to say goodbye to Susan and Henry too, but ever since they aren't here, tell them I'm going to miss them terribly”. She continued saying, sobbing, “And please, don’t you ever cut your mind-link's connection”, she finally stated, and Randall was fighting back the tears and just nodded.

She was truly caring. I got to know many women and none of them were so caring towards their parents the way Alice was, even though she had all the reasons not to, she was caring, forgiving and sweet.

“I’m ready” she said. I held her hand and teleported us to the mansion.

When we got there, she smiled, it was like she wasn’t sobbing a few seconds ago at all.

“Wow, this place is awesome, really beautiful” she said. We were in the living room.

“Prospero, we’re here in the living room”, I mind-linked him and he came with Kathlyn to welcome my mate.

“Hello, nice to meet you Alice, I’m Kathlyn! I guess you have already met my mate, Prospero. I’m sure we will get along just fine” Kathlyn greeted her and Alice seemed truly happy to be welcomed by Kathlyn in such a warm way.

Alice hugged her and said; “It’s so nice to meet you too, Kathlyn, thank you so much for such a warm welcome. I needed that”.

“If you ever need anything, let me know, today we'll have a girly day” Kathlyn stated and smiled.

“Good to see you again, Alice, I hope we can make you comfortable around here” Prospero greeted her now. He held Kathlyn's hand and they left.

Alive POV:

I wonder if all the dragons were fair and elegant like that.

Kathlyn was tall, about 5'7, with blue eyes, natural tan skin, curly blonde hair and skinny, and her mate Prospero was about 6'5, also blue eyes, natural blonde and short-length hair. They were so beautiful together.

“Come with me, I’m going to show you our room”, Liam said.

Our room? Does it mean that we'll be sleeping together every night from now on inside the mansion too?

I felt my insides quivering just over this thought.

He grabbed my bag with one hand and my hand with another one and took me to his room. It was spacious, beautiful and manly, of course.

His room had a huge window with a beautiful grey curtain, a chandelier above his king-sized bed, a couch, a small table and some doors.

I guess it was the closet, the bathroom and I couldn’t think about anything else right now.

“Wow, fit for a King I guess. I like it” I said. He placed my bag on the bed's side, came closer from behind and wrapped his arms around me, his hard chest pressing my back.

“You can decorate it however you want” he said softly in my ear and nibbled my earlobe. I felt goosebumps and tingles all over in my sensitive areas.

“ Have you got the girl yet?” One of the Sixforce leaders, Demetrius, asked me.

“Don’t you bother me, we need to unblock her powers before that or she’ll be useless. I tried to force her by ranging the alarm on the Black Moon Pack and I cast a spell on the guards to do what I commanded. I thought that if she was in a life and dead situation, it would be forced to unblock itself, but it didn't. We need to make her complete the bond. There’s no other option, we will kidnap her after that and she’ll take the last place as the Sixforce leader and we will be invincible”. I gave him an evil smirk and he did the same.

“I can’t wait, we need that girl, she’s the only hybrid around the realms, her power limits are unknown. If it was me, I’d kidnap her and force her here. I’m sure we can find a way to unblock it. We better not take any chances”, the vampire leader Demetrius said.

"There's no other way to unblock it, we need her to complete the bond". The Elf leader, Arathorn, said, coming out of nowhere.

It was risky, but we did not have any choices left.

“He's right, Demetrius. We can’t. Arathorn said her power could only be unblocked after she completes the bond and I made a spell using her blood, guaranteeing she would find him soon. It all fitted perfectly until now. Be patient”, I told him, lying about the spell.

“Milady”, I heard someone calling me. I turned around and saw my servant.

“I have some new information. The girl seemed to be gone, we couldn’t find her anywhere”, the servant said.

I waved my hand and the servant flew and slammed into the wall.

“How did this happen? She needs to be somewhere in the realms”, I asked him.

“We tried to put her on a track spell but she’s nowhere to be seen in the realms” he replied, making me enraged.

That meant she went to the Human Realm. It was impossible for her to be in the Wizard Realm. King Atlantes was giving me a hard time getting there and I didn't want to do anything to hurt him.

But it was very unlikely that couldn’t be. I smirked.

“What are the chances her mate is a dragon, huh? They’re the only species that is currently living in the human realm. We found out after centuries of searching for them. That would change everything, I told ya.” the vampire leader Demetrius said, but I was also one of the leaders and I wouldn’t let him bother me either. Besides, I knew long before that he was going to be her mate.

We robbed some runes from their place just a few days ago with the help of one of them. We made them think it was a wolf so he could find Alice and it seemed to have worked out.

“It would change nothing, we’re still going to wait until she completes the bond to unblock her powers and kidnap her after. I can easily cast a spell to make her forget about all her previous life. I’m an Alchemist, I’ve already made someone who’s immune to spells think that I was his mate”. I laughed out loud.

It would be a piece of cake, she would be one of us and, with her by my side, I would be invincible.

“I doubt the girl would simply give us her power or willingly destroy the realms. Not even I could change my boy’s mind”, the vampire said.

“She will. I doubt she won’t listen to her mother”, I grinned mischievously.
