The music started playing the moment she entered the restaurant.
It's a beautiful night ,
We're looking for something dumb to do
"A-ano 'to?" I heard her saying.
She started walking but she still can't see me.

I think I want to marry you
She really looks shocked when she saw me holding a bouquet of flowers.
Is it the look in your eyes?
Or is it these dancing juice?

Nagsimula na akong maglakad papunta sakanya.
''Ha-yme'' Tawag niya saakin, nung nakalapit na ako sakanya.
''Hi babe'' I greeted her then I kissed her and gave her the flowers.
''Babe anong meron? Di naman natin Monthsary ah?'' She asked.
Instead of answering her, I knelt down.
''Hay-me a-no 'to?'' She's nervous.
Nilabas ko ang ring na nakalagay sa pocket ko.
''Babe, this past four years you made my life so happy. Every time I woke up beside you, I can't wait to be your husband and to be with you for the rest of my life.''
I'm just looking at her eyes at the whole time.
''Sophia Reyes, will you marry me?''
Di siya kumikibo. She's just staring at me. She's not smiling. She's not crying.
''Sophia?''
''Ye-s'' When I heard those words agad akong tumayo at niyakap siya then I kissed her.
''Thank you Sophia,I love you so much'' I said.
''I love you too Hayme''
"So let's eat?" I said then I escorted her to our table.
"Na surprise ba kita?" I asked her while holding her hand.
"Oo. Sobra" She said. But she's still not smiling maybe she is still in shocked.
"Where do want us to to get married?" I asked her.
"Ikaw na bahala dun" Why do I have this feeling that she's not happy with her decision?
"Do you really want to marry me?" Di ko napigilan itanong.
"A-no? Bat mo na-sabi yan? Oo na-man"
"Because it seems that you're not excited on our wedding. Kanina ka pa diyan nakatulala"
"I'm so-rry. Sobrang nabigla lang talaga ako sa mga nangyari kanina. "
"It's okay babe. I understand" I said then I kissed her hands. I will never get tired of this girl.
"So, is it okay to you if Mom will plan our wedding?" I asked her.
"Of course. Why not" She said and smiled. Then we just continue eating our dinner.
After our dinner, Sophia decided to go home.
"Let's go? Hatid na kita sainyo" I said.
"Um. Hayme no need. Kailangan kong puntahan si Mae eh. Brokenhearted kasi ngayon" She said.
"Pwede kitang i hatid sa condo ni Mae"
"You don't have to okay. Go home na so that you can tell tita about our wedding" She said while smiling.
"Okay. Just take care of yourself. Text me pag andun ka na. I love you babe"
"I love you too" She said then I kissed her on the lips.
Hinintay ko siyang makasakay ng taxi. After that pumunta na ako sa car, at uuwi na.
Siguro kung ibang boyfriend yun, kanina pa pinagdududahan si Sophia. Well ako hindi. Malaki ang tiwala ko sakanya. When she wanted to go somewhere else without me, hinahayaan ko siya. She still need her privacy. I never doubted her. Ganun ko siya kamahal.
When I got home I saw Mom and Dad watching tv in our living room.
"I love you James" Mom said.
" I love you more" Dad said.
"Weh di nga?"
"Why? You don't believe me?"
"Bat mo kilala yung babae kong client kanina?!" Napa chuckle naman ako. Nag seselos nanaman si Mommy.
"Because I knew her fiance!"
"Hoy Jayden Reid! May anak ka ba sakanya?!"
"What? Bat ka ba nag seselos ha?"
"Eh kasi alam mo naman na may history tayo sa ganyan eh! Malay ko ba baka mistress mo yung client ko kanina. Ganun din tayo dati no! Client ko lang din kayo nun, tapos ngayon asawa na kita"
Biglang napa smile si Dad the he hugged my mom.
"Iba siya sa 'tin okay? Nothing can break us apart okay?"
"Ehem" Pag singit ko sakanila. When my mom saw me, she immediately went to me and hugged me.
"Except for Hayme" Dad said.
"Oh anak bat ka andito? May nangyari ba?" Mom asked.
"I'm getting married" I said.
"Ah ikakasal lang naman pa- What?! You're getting married?!" My mom asked. I just nodded.
"With Sophia?"
"Mommy of course, she's my girlfriend"
"Ay weh. Oh well. Mukang mahal mo naman talaga siya eh. I'm so happy for you anak! Nasabihan mo na ba ate mo?"
"Not yet. Pero I'll tell her as soon as possible" Ate Jae is in Las Vegas right now.
"Sure ka ba diyan sa decision mo Hayme?You're only 23 years old. " My Dad asked.
"Yes Dad. I want to marry Sophia. Only her. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with her. " I said.
"Then we will support you" He said.
"Thank you"
"Yehey! Kami ni Gabi ang wedding planner niyo ah!" Mom said.
"Gabi? Yung annoying?" Bigla naman akong hinampas ni mommy sa braso.
"Wag mong sasabihan si Gabi na annoying bad yun!" Well It's true she's annoying. She is always smiling and laughing but everytime she will see me bigla na lang tatahimik.
"I was just joking" I said. Then nag group hug kaming tatlo.
