A well-dressed man walked through the Palace halls in Wincaster, his cape fluttering behind him, to come before the immense double doors, halting at the presence of two knights.
He nodded in greeting as one of them turned, opening the door to the great hall. At the far end sat two chairs, and the man walked with purpose toward the occupants, his footsteps echoing throughout the large chamber.
He halted, kneeling before them, waiting for acknowledgement
"Arise, Captain Fraser," said Lady Penelope.
Standing, the captain turned his attention to the other occupant, King Henry of Merceria.
