Chapter Three: Rules.

Lucius POV.

I sat in Sebastian office waiting for my two littles to come in, we’re gonna have to explain things for them, like why they are here? Who I am to them? And what to be expected of them. I on the other hand was just extremely happy and excited to meet them, I’ll get two littles instead of one, a little prince and a little princess. All mine to spoil and love and take care of, all vampires are dominant, it’s like a beast inside us, right now my beast is doing a happy dance.

“The girl gave us a big fight while the boy was very smooth on the ride here” Sebastian explains to me.

“Their little age?” I ask.

“The girl is older, her test results said she’ll be around three. But the boy is younger, he’s around one and a half maybe two.”

I smile at the response, I love that they aren’t the same age, I’ll get to experience more with both of them.

“And their classes?” I ask

“They have different schedules since they are in different age category, some classes would be with you alone and on others, it’ll be all three together”

I nod my head in agreement, it’s gonna take some time for them to get used to going to their new little classes with and without me.

“I have to warn you, prince, you’re our first case with two littles. If you think they’re too much you can choose on…”

I cut him short with a loud growl not allowing him to finish his sentence, I’ll never choose one of my two babies, I already love them both and want them both, I need them, the two of them.

“Or you can keep them both, sorry your majesty” the old vampire bows to me, I’m his prince and more than capable of killing him.

Sebastian did some calls and I sat there waiting with anticipation, few minutes later the door opened and income my baby boy, he was wrapped in a blanket to keep him warm while holding a guy's hand. I didn’t like anyone else touching what’s mine, one look at the other vampire and he let go of my baby hand giving him a push toward me.

“Hello pretty boy,” I said smiling at him, I still don’t know his name.

“H…Hi...” he stutters looking at me with shy green eyes, he was beautiful.

“I’m your new owner and daddy no need to be scared,” I said offering him a hand.

Before he had time to reply to my last statement the door was opened and in came my little princess, her brown eyes were full of tears, she was mostly being restrained. She’s a fighter for sure, I nod at the guy so he’ll let her go and he does. The moment she’s set free she starts to fight the guy who was restraining her, I snake a hand around her waist and pull her toward my chest.

“Shush baby girl you’re safe now” I whisper in her ear and she freezes.

“Where am I?” she keeps her fighting.

“Why don’t we sit down and have a talk” Sebastian offer us.

I took a seat on one side while my two littles sat next to each other on the other side, I let Sebastian start the talk.

“Welcome to Littles Academy” he begins making them both frown in confusion.

“Let me explain things for you” I start “ The test you took on your birthday was to terminate if you are compatible with a vampire dom”

“Let me guess that would be you?” my little girl said with sass.

“Yes, little girl that would be me” I reply with a smirk.

“Why are we here” my baby boy whisper scared.

 “You are here in this school to learn how to be a little off course” Sebastian adds as if it’s obvious.

“Little?” my princess as in disbelief

“Yes a little girl, a good little princess for your Daddy” I add

“You are not my father mister,” she says all mad now, all her fear has disappeared.

“Not your father, I’m your owner and dominant and you will be respectful” I reply losing my patience with her sass.

She opened her mouth to reply, but we were interrupted by Sebastian yet again.

“Let me explain the rules of this school. First of all, littles belong to someone, everyone in this school attends classes to learn how to be submissive or dominant. It’s your dominant right to punish you how he sees fit, my advice is to act like two good littles and enjoy your stay here”

With that, we were dismissed from his office and off to our dorm room, which’s divided into a living room, small kitchenette, the main bedroom, and a playroom for the littles. The main bedroom is mine with an adjacent room for the littles to share. It was divided between a nursery for my little boy and a princess room for my princess. When we go to my house, they’ll both get their own room but for now, this will have to do. The school will provide supplies as needed for the littles as they progress.

“My name is Lucius, I’m one of Dracula’s sons, I’m royalty to most vampires but for you two I’m Daddy” I introduce myself.

“I’m Rosalia and I’m telling you from now I’m not anyone little” she kept her attitude up.

“What about you little boy” I turn to my shy little wanting to know his name.

“Austin” he whispers and that’s it.

“Let’s set some rules,” I tell them both.

“I don’t need rules because I’m not staying here,” Rosalia says getting on my last nerve.

“It’s here or nowhere little girl! You belong to me now, I Own You!” I say through gritted teeth, showing them my fangs for the first time. Austin took hold of her hand and drag her down next to him away from me and from my rage, taking a few deep breaths I try my best to calm down so I won’t scare them anymore.

“Now the rules,” I say still trying to hold in my anger.

Littles Rules:

1-Always call me Daddy.

2-Bed time is nine for Rosalia and eight-thirty for Austin.

3-Eat three meals a day plus snacks.

4-No sweet without my permission.

5-No back talking, swearing, or misbehaving.

6-Daddy will dress you both each morning.

7-Daddy will give both of you bathes daily.

8-Pay attention in classes I expect good grades and good comments.

9-No s*x, Cumming, playing with each other without my permission.

"I don't need rules! I'm not staying here!" Rosalia screams at me.

This is the second time she challenged me, she thought that she can scream and get away from here? Just go home? Never she's mine now.

"One-word little girl," I tell her calmly, in my darkest voice making her freeze "you're mine now. I Own You"

I saw tears swell up in her eyes, she knew she just lost the fight. I wanted to take her in my arms, kiss the tears away, tell her it's okay.

Instead, I kept my cold face, she needs to know I'm serious, to know I'm not to play with.

"It's bedtime, I think you both should go to bed early," I say deciding to get them to sleep together for the night.

They both look up at me, Austin just shrugs not minding to be sent to bed while Rosalia's lip was wiggling and few lone tears going down her face.

I don't press them to be dressed by me for the night, they can do it on their own, just this time.

I set an onesie for each of them on Rosalia's bed and leave the room letting them get changed.

The eyed the close choice with confusion but still got dressed in them complain free. The nursery part of the room is supposed to be Austin's but he's not ready for that yet.

I let them both sleep in Rosalia's bed, they are both petit in size, a bit underweight for my liking but nothing dangerous. I picked the blanket off the bed getting Austin to slide in first then Rosalia's next. I covered them then kissed their heads, Rosalia was sniffing by now but I still didn't comment, she'll get used to all this with time.

I left both my littles to sleep and went to see my counselor, every dom get one in this school. Mine is a vampire who's a long time friend and a Mommy dom, she's been encouraging me to come to this school since forever.

I don't go to her office, we decided to skip all formalities and I go straight to her room. I knock on the door and wait for her to open the door, my friend Cecilia is a french vampire with long blond curlers, blue eyes, and snow-white skin.

"Oh mon amie, you finally made it," she said in her french accent.

"Oui, I made it" I reply with a smirk.

"Vien...come sit down there's plenty to talk about," she says dragging me to the nearest sofa.

"Where's my favorite news?" I ask about her little.

"Sleeping of course. Ma petite was too exhausted to stay up for you" she says.

I smile knowing her point of being "exhausted", we sat down and chatted about my new life here and what I have in store for my littles.

"Mon Dieu, you have two littles!! That's wonderful news Lucius." she gosh at the news.

"Yes, two they are just perfect Cecilia I know they are," I say like a proud Daddy.

"You plan on giving them the shots?" she asks.

"What shots?" I had no idea what she was talking about.

"The regression shots, it helps them get to their headspace" she explains.

I didn't know about the shots and didn't know how to feel about them, my two littles would need time to get used to things, and seeing Rosalia's temper her translation won't be a smooth one.

"I see you are thinking about it. Willow had it, it really helps the littles make their life easier. You know it's who they are it's why they've been picked, the shot help them act like who they really are without driving them crazy"

I thanked my friend for her help and went back to my room. Both littles were asleep, I got ready for bed thinking about the shot option.
