Klaus's pov
Later that day after we had dinner we were sitting in the lounge and Mina decided to take the boy upstairs to bed since he fell asleep in her arms.
I told her to come back here afterwards and while I was waiting for her I had a glass of whiskey.
Then I heard footsteps coming downstairs and I smiled as I saw my love walk in and I look at her and I said
"Come here my love"
But she didn't move and I stood up and walked towards her and she said
"Why couldn't you let me be happy I was happy with Luke I felt safe and loved"
Tears came down her face I went to wipe them away but she moved away from me.
I grab her hand and pull her towards me and I said
"He could never give you what you need or desire and he could never love you like I can"
