Ron spent the day with his sixteen man team in Poole. Arriving at 7.30, he joined them for their morning run. Despite his age and the age difference between the team members' and his, he always enjoyed these runs. Rather than the exhaustion most would feel he was recharged after his relatively inactive days in London. After the run, he had told his colleagues about his involvement in the recent events, which inevitably had been all over the news networks for days.
