A/N: Hey, I'm Axel Zenith, the author. Please note that I might not be able to meet up to the amount of pages other writers are writing. I read novels of 28 pages but I'm not certain I can write a book like that. The novels I write in books are limited to three or four pages which can give about ten to fifteen pages when texted so I hope you can bear with me. Also, my school is against bringing phones to school so I will only be able to upload during weekends but I promise to make it up to you as much as I can. Be lenient with me please, I'm only a 15 years old girl, I'll try my best to give quality stories. Whatever questions you have about my story,you can drop it in the comments section. Thank you}
"Deborah, how many times do I have to call you before you answer me? If you don't come down now, forget your meal today." Lucille shouted by the stairs.
Debbie ran down the stairs dressed in a purple knee-length shirt and black leggings.
Her white pair of tennis shoes made no sound as she ran down stairs.
Her jet black hair was packed to one side with a simple pin on the other side.
"Mum, name's Debbie not Deborah."
"Don't you correct me. Take this" Lucille spoke as she handed Debbie a five dollars bill.
"What am I to do with it?"
"It's your lunch money" Lucille shouted at her.
Debbie froze. She took the money and moved to do her daily chores before going to school.
Rainbow sat in a corner of the living room doing god knows what on her phone.
"Rainbow, won't you do any chore?" Debbie asked with her brows raised.
Rainbow eyed her and hissed. It wasn't the first time but it always gets on Debbie's nerves.
Debbie stormed into the kitchen to meet Lucille "Mum, Rainbow won't do any chore and she hissed at me because I told her to clean the house!
Lucille dropped the knife she was holding and raised her hand at Debbie.
"You fuckin bastard, your job is to do the chores. Don't you ever tell my daughter to do your job"
Debbie stumbled back with fear "Mum, aren't I your daughter?"
Lucille eyed her "Get the f**k out of my house."
Debbie dejectedly did her chores. When she was done, she packed her bag ready to leave for school .
Right in her presence Lucille packed lunch into Rainbow's bag and told her to wait in the car.
Debbie stood by the street as Lucille drove Rainbow to school.

Rainbow dressed in a white mini gown and black mini jean skirt got down from her mom's car.
Her followers; Isabella and Grace ran to welcome her.
"Rainbow, welcome back." Grace greeted. Rainbow handed her bags to them "The first bag contains the food that girl made, you can have it. My mom made the second, that's mine. Any new information?"
Isabella nodded "The Torres family are searching for their daughter". Rainbow waved her hand "Yeah, they've been searching for ages".
"I know but they've discovered that she's in one of the schools in the city. They're checking all schools, including ours tomorrow" Isabella concluded.
Rainbow stopped "So..one of the girls in this school could be the Torres family daughter? I pray it's me. My parents are making me feel adopted". Grace stood in front of her, she was the closest to Rainbow. "What did they do?" Rainbow huffed "They're suffering me by keeping that girl at home. I want her out".
Just then, debbie walked into the school compound. Her best friends, Faith and Rachel ran up to her. "Deb, I thought you won't make it" Rachel sighed.
Faith eyed Debbie "Why is Rainbow coming to school with two lunch packs and you with none? This girl is younger than you".
Debbie sighed "Mum gave me five dollars for lunch. She poured the food I cooked this morning in the trash".
Faith groaned "Are you sure those people birth you?" Debbie just rolled her eyes at her. Rachel leaned into her and whispered in her ear "Sneak into their room and look for your birth or adoption papers".
Faith raised an eyebrow "What are you whispering about, let me in on it". Rachel grinned "Faith, faith, walls have ears. I'll tell you in class if you can catch me". Then she dashed off with Debbie giggling at her.
