"Luke, is the banner ready?" Leah inquired as she went to set the table.
Lauren and Seran, our little princess, were finally discharged after three days. Since Seran was premature, not by long but still, she had to be kept under observation.
Nonetheless, both the mother and the baby were healthy.
"Yes, all set!" I affirmed. She kept the cake on the table and clapped happily.
"Great! Our little Seran is coming home for the first time." She squealed happily.
"You seem so excited that I can't differentiate between you and a kid," I commented and she chuckled. The bell rang and Leah ran to open the door.
"Welcome home!" She cheered happily. Lauren held Seran in her arms and Sean held the bag, as they walked in.
