Chapter Nine Isla Oil Refinery, Curaçao, Dutch Antilles Paul Hussey entered his office at nine in the morning. He was a solid man in his late fifties. A lifetime of military service had kept him very fit, however since he had moved into civilian life, he slowly thickened around the middle. He sat down behind his desk and settled himself into the familiar early morning routine of checking reports and sifting through emails. A large mug of black coffee kept him alert as he worked.
